Hotel accommodations for disabled people is outrageous
What hotel calls handicapped room was having beds that were so high that my parents could not even get on the beds to sleep and we end up adding rolled beds for them so they don t sleep on their chair sitting . Bath tub was so very high and they could not take a shower during their entire stay. Room was so small that after adding one roll bed we could not even walk in that room.
It was like a nightmare and when we asked to get a real handicapped room they told us it is what it is and they don t have handicapped room in this hotel!!
I am outraged they even dare calling the room they gave us handicapped room!!!
