I have had a claim going through with this company...

I have had a claim going through with this company for nearly 3 years and I am still having to chase them for updates , not happy at all with the service and as far as I am concerned don't even deserve 1 star

I sent that email yesterday morning and as of now I have had no reply from anyone to acknowledge that it has been received apart from what you have put on here .
This is the second time I have made a complaint now .
