SCANDALEUX! I placed an order for 4 items settled in full on 16/11/18. I have only received 3 items and the 4th since the 19th is waiting for shipping. On the phone, some people tell me not to worry that I will receive it and always tomorrow but 4 days after nothing. Today an investigation will be conducted to know the exact situation of this article. In the meantime, I have to wait for a paid item I do not know how long! rather than send me another quickly and then proceed to the internal investigation! RESULT: the customer is taken for a pigeon and it is always the latter who must suffer the consequences of a bad internal policy! UNACCEPTABLE! we should only pay on receipt of the items!
