I filed a claim back in December 18, 2018, an adjuster came out took pictures sent in the report and said it will take a couple weeks, so with me waiting patiently a month went by and response from universal. I have call no response about anything. Well, in Florida it rains a lot and my roof still has an whole in it, I have it cover up but still leaking and causing more damages than before. in one of my other rooms it s beginning to mold in there. I had to make pads on the floor in the living for my pregnant daughter n her kids because the mold was so strong nobody could rest in there. I call back after a month they sent another adjuster out. Why! I don t know! But I have NOT got an response yet All I m get is they reviewing it well after 3 months now what are they still reviewing? Now, I m getting an Attorny because this is ridiculous what universal causality is doing. It s now March, my patience has ran out!
