From the airport 0015 We asked front desk for our reservation and they are seating like they dont wanna work. And We asked our confirmation number and they just called shuttle bus then tell them same information we just told, Guam is supposed to be tour place and this company of either employees are abusing their time and trying to get paid. This is problem needs to be fixed all the Employees of this company and shuttle bus needs to be educated. I would really sue and report to Company right now. First the airport Hotel desk and shuttle bus employee needs to get educated. This services are damn horrible. At least the Main Hotel employees and manager apologized.
