I went in to speak with the tool rental worker. He was VERY rude, continued to cut me off, and spoke condescendingly towards me. I was asking very standard questions about the rentals, and he referred to me as sweetheart while giving me his condescending response. I would like to add a man would NEVER be referred to as that, and I was highly offended by his comment. I tried to call to speak to a manager and of course was disconnected and couldn t get a hold of anyone. Very unsatisfied.
