Bought a Washburn guitar case from Sweetwater. There was minor damage to the first case delivered and it was returned. A new case was sent and it had minor damage and was returned. The third attempt was successful. The customer service delivered by Sweetwater was the very best. They double-boxed the third case to help prevent any damage and there were no charges for the returns and extra deliveries. I will not hesitate to purchase from Sweetwater again and would highly recommend them to others. Thank You Sweetwater!
