I have tried three days in a row to contact the Seatte office by phone. There is no email contact at least that I can find in their home page. Three days I have left a message please call me. So I call the California office today. The first call I was put on hold for what they said would be a half an hour. I was interrupted at 18 min and had to hang up. I called back again and was informed that the wait would be AN HOUR AND A HALF. Come on folks. With the resources you have available, why no email contacts and an hour and a half wait just to be directed to the right place? There is absolutely no excuse for this. Get your act together and take care of the people who support you. judy
