Google has taken on the responsibility of making or breaking a business with their review platform, but yet google does not accept responsibility to make sure those reviews are true or false. I have had many real reviews from brides removed, I could show the pictures of the weddings to prove we definately provided the flowers for them. I assume these were removed because these brides had emailed pictures and would be in my email contacts. I have other reviews from "local guides" that we have not done flowers for. It is as if they are just doing fake reviews to get more points. These "guides" can not be found during a search for their names in our system and if you look at their reviews it's not possible to have been to that many places in a day... They say no comment of what was wrong ... a real customer would want something replaced if something was in fact wrong. If no money was exchanged and no product purchased, there should be no review. I have reviews from people that have not bought a thing from us. This is just wrong.... and very unethical... I will contact the attorney general's office and the BBB and report these reviews. I have tried flagging them and there isn't even a place to input why I am flagging it. It's evil to take good reviews and to leave fake bad ones... Google should take responsibility of what google created.
