I joined Spectrum as a fresher and
I cannot think of a better place for freshers because Spectrum offers a great learning experience with hands on training. I worked for 6 years and had to move out due to personal reasons.

Working with jovial yet hard working and knowledgeable team members has made Spectrum a fun place to work at.

A very supportive Team Manager trusted in my abilities and gave me opportunity to work in different technologies. Exposure to new technologies is the main highlight of Spectrum.

The efforts put in by us are often recognized and appreciated. For me, it was in the form of promotion to the next level and yearly hikes.

We have the freedom to express our views. Have easy access to HR and higher management. A huge infrastructure, well maintained with a very good canteen.

Everyday was a learning experience for me. Apart from new technologies, I learned a lot of new things like organizing and planning, team and time management, how to quickly solve the problem and above all pleasing customers.

Whatever reputation I hold in my career life, I owe it to Spectrum and the grace of God.
