Just dealt with parts, very helpful finding the panel needed but they did not think to ask about hardware...which did not come with it. Glad I asked and ordered hardware separately. Good for helping, poor for anticipating customer needs....guess that's next level stuff. Transaction and comms went well. On pick up, pulled wrong item, quickly fixed when I identified it....average overall, could have easily been a 4 or 5.
