Went in to look at a used 2019 Outback 3.6r. Set up with a VIP test drive (where you can drive without the salesperson). Car wasn't clean (bug splatter on the windshield, dirty on the inside...) but no biggie.

Liked the car. Wanted to buy the car.

"Sorry sir...that car is sold, but we have another one in BC just like it, and it would take about 1.5 weeks to get here".

Made an offer on the car on Saturday. Was told..I should hear something (likely) by Monday
5 days later no communication - Ghosted by salesperson

Took my business elsewhere.

Communications could have been much much better. Disappointing.
