Relatively speaking, my case was rather small. I wanted to mention that up front to emphasize that I was never treated like my case was small or unimportant. I was always treated with the respect and dignity one might only hope for, from first meeting until last, whether in person, over the phone, or in emails.

Joe is my hero! He won my case, obtaining maximum payout under the law, without having to go to court (ideal results).

His hard working staff never failed to keep me informed and were quick to get me answers to my many questions. To my delight, they took on the burden of handling all of the forms required by Medicare, Tricare and two insurance companies, plus the doctors and hospital billing. This alone made the lawsuit worthwhile to me.

I would be remiss if I didn t mention another HERo from Zarzaur Law... Ella! She totally went out of her way to hand-deliver a check to me, just in time for me to make it to the bank before the new Stay-at-Home order from the governor went into effect. Thank you so much Ella!

So, my advice to anyone reading this and researching which lawyer to choose:
Don t hire Joe and his team unless you want the best team on your side for what it would cost you to hire the worst. Seriously!

I was involved in an auto accident and was rear ended by two vehicles. Due, to my experience with insurance companies in the past I realized I needed an aggressive attorney. I spent several hours reviewing online reviews of the local law firms. My wife walked by and said, "Why don't you get the attorney on T.V., we watch". So, I looked up Atty. Zarzaur and read his reviews, which were outstanding. I called on a Saturday and within an hour I received a call back directly from Joe. The following Monday was a holiday; however, Joe met me at his office and went over my case. After, a brief period of time Joe had excepted my case and I had filled out all the paperwork. If anyone knows the process after being involved in an auto accident is tedious and exhausting, too say the least. However, Joe's office could not be more helpful and caring. All of my requests, emails and concerns were immediately answered and billing, doctors and reports were handled promptly. Christina and Rachel at the office have been amazing and are making this process as painless, as one could. Phenomenal. I was hit by a drunk driver just after getting married and in the middle of buying a house. I was left with out a car and no real expectations on the insurance proceedings for nearly a month.
