Like a lot of Y's other then: Downtown Saint Paul: Minnesota & Downtown Los Angeles; California it was very welcoming!

Where this location was out of line:
It was Typically & Preference Located in a Typical Eastern BURB! & not in the Center City where it belong! Yet it sold its location.

There's 2 Gym Basket Ball Courts & no Swimming Pool: that doesn't make any sense.

So: how about having a polite attitude but: I'm given film explanation. Getting to this eastern BURB Locatuon is a silly Joke.

A Urber Cab is pointless &35 RT
Meanwhile the dum Round about Bus is $6 RT.
The Prise to the Gym is $1: hay People. The savings not going to that Eastwrn BURB = a decent dinner.inclufing 3 Glasdes of Whine.
What's your time worth? Rent a Bicycle instead.

ymca byford did not look after my son well at all, he was severely dehydrated and no obe knew whefe he was when his Dad came to collect him. my son is on regular medication so beeds to be known by staff.
His Dad found him asleep under the table.

I then complained and cancelled the remainder of his holiday care.
to which staff said was fine.
close to two years later i get a call saying i owe money. no invoice, no proof nothing.
to then have it sent to debt collectors.
so unprofessional.
i know a few parents that wont leave their kids with byford YMCA.

I am a working mother, always have been, So I am always depending on day-care, before school care & after school care.
I have experienced quite a few of them, and this YMCA would have to be the worst. I have never had to review my statement each fortnight to see what I've been over charged or what extra days they added to it, when my son wasn't booked in for. Can you imagine all the parents out there whom haven't reviewed their statements!! I was forever having my statement amended, The lady at one of the care places of YMCA who actually looks after the kids is nice @ East Wanneroo its the admin teams and management behind it all. ALL THEY KEEP SAYING ITS OUR POLICIES & PROCEDUES! WHAT A JOKE!

Then I just had the area manager just call me and what was the point of that, that was 5 minutes ill never get back, she was also all about wanting to keep my $$$, she was quite rude, sarcastic and shouldn't be in her job role!!

Point is if you make a booking that's a casual booking out of your permanent days, then cancel it a day or so later due to unforeseen reasons and you end up working from home instead, they will still take your funds, they state they want 2 weeks notice even if you make your booking 2 days prior to your one off casual booking. I can understand if I cancelled my on-going session, with giving 2 weeks notice, but to make a booking then cancel it a day later is money grabbing on their end.
When I cancelled the lady never advised oh by the way even though you just booked this and have now cancelled we will still charge you...and take your $$$ for nothing cause its our polices and procedures.

Make sense?

I don't think so either.

Centres like this make a mother not want the stress of even working in the first place, especially when you have to keep on top of the accounts they send you cause they have NO CLUE!!!!

I have just given my sons 2 weeks notice and pulled him out of hear.
Lets see how they rip me off now with my final payment.

Genuine review.
Sick of these centres in it for the $$$ and not the children!!
