I have been working in Soft Solutions4U for past 10 years. It is easy work life, awesome atmosphere with zero office politics. It is the best place for freshers with lot of learning opportunities.

The only company as far as I know follows 100% coding standards on web development. The management support in all critical situations.
"Heartless fellows" this would be the best word to describe this company. They treat employees more than slaves. Try to respect and use your common sense than simply bullying employees. They don't have, even a BCP (Business continuity plan) inorder to run the business without any lags. Such an unorganized and unstructured organization.
It's a very small company. The final round of interview was conducted ta the company, they rejected everyone who came to attend the final interview.... It's was kind of disappointing
Employee's are treated worst. They don't have proper work culture. They review their own pages to get more review. As you can see the 5 stared rating was given by themselves. They don't even respect people. The person who runs the company has great business mind set but doesn't know to manage people. Again it all people game try be polite to everyone.
I attained interview her they didn't give proper response .small software company and have 3 years of bond with original certificate
