Had a weird situation where my info was being sent to someone else (who ended up contacting me asking me to fix it) but I contacted support and Sean helped me right away with the issue. Within a few days, it was resolved and I've got everything I need. Thanks for the awesome customer service!

We use this company through work to set up anniversary gifts. I just used my first one and it was easy and fun! The website has a good interface so it's easy to find things that were interesting to me. The customer service was wonderful quick and friendly!

My company issues us a Wishlist Reward every year on our anniversary. This year I picked a custom experience, and wanted a deep tissue massage. I was expecting like a 30 or a 60 min massage, but Amanda went above and beyond and coordinated the whole thing, found the best rated spa near me, booked a 90 min deep tissue massage and made sure it fit with my schedule. WOW! You guys rock.

Jenn R. had my request turned around and confirmed in no time at all and was just fantastic while she was taking care of business! Her response times were always super quick and I never had any follow-up questions as her communications were always very thorough.

I've never posted a Google Review before, but I had to make an exception here because the service was so phenomenal. Amanda is incredibly responsive and takes the time to understand you so she can provide personalized suggestions for your area. When our primary choice was canceled, she immediately had a backup option ready to go in the same time frame (along with specific parking instructions!) They really do go out of their way to add personal touches, and I cannot recommend them enough.

Wishlist is such an awesome idea. We bought a house back in 2016 and our realtor got us a wishlist experience as a housewarming gift. We actually misplaced it and randomly found it this May. We redeemed the gift and went to Liquid Descent River Rafting. Everything was exactly how it was explained. Amanda set us up, confirmed everything, and it was seamless from the first moment. Highly recommend using this unique offering.

My company has a rewards system with wishlist and this whole experience was so easy! Thomas was so nice and accommodating to what I wanted for a massage and facial package. He was responsive and was able to get me in for a 90 min deep tissue massage and 90 minute facial! I'm so excited for my appointment.

I received a Wishlist reward as part of my 3 year anniversary at 303 Software. My family decided to use the reward for the Coca-Cola Tubing experience at Winter Park. The process was convenient and professional, selected my experience and within 30 minutes I received an email from Jenn at Wishlist. I contacted Jenn via phone per her email instructions, she was professional, genuine, and provided quality of communication. It felt like I was speaking to the Coca-Cola Tubing company itself, her knowledge of the policies and experience was awesome. She set expectations on next steps and followed-through with them. Within the next 10 minutes after the call I received email confirmation and all information needed for this experience. One thing that I would say sets Wishlist apart from other reward programs is the real human interaction, it provides a personal touch. This is missing in our age of technology, internationalization, and automation. Great job Wishlist!

Received a Wishlist Experience from Denver Health for being a well-being champion for the last 3+ years. I'm not going to lie: I had really low expectations in regards to Wishlist. I'd never heard of it before and kind of thought it would end up too-good-to-be-true but I was wrong.

I was shocked when I found how many options there were for me in the Denver area, and that they were like...stacked with great stuff. I had the option of choosing between something I could do for me/myself/I (like a full day spa package), or the option to do something with my family and friends (like a 1/2 day rafting trip or a 2-night hotel stay in Crested Butte). I was also pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to arrange the spa day I did up picking. I truly didn't think they would be able to get me in three days from now and they did. When I asked if they could get me in at other locations besides the one on South Broadway, Jenn let me know they could easily do that.

I really enjoyed my Wishlist experience and would certainly use them again.

I received a whishlist reward from my employer for my five year anniversary. Most of the activities were based out of larger cities and required travel but I loved that they were willing to work with me to find a event that I could do close to home. I sent customer support the details of what I wanted and they made it happen. I knew that there would possibly be some additional costs for what I wanted and they made it pretty easy to cover those cost with an online payment system. Kassi did a great job catering to my needs.

Their staff are super helpful, friendly, and courteous, they work really hard and respond promptly to help ensure you get what you want.
