Great place to work except supervisors are rude at time looking down on you as if I haven't served my time in the military and been diving semi trucks for 2 years making triple in one week than they did in a week (no lie) and half their age. Got fired for "missing too many days" after a car accident. I had a doctor's excuse for 2 days came back and my preformance wasn't the same cause of injuries and had the next 2 days off. The day I returned I was told I missed too many days and I'll have to be escorted out. Their standard are entirely too high, you're expected you move at 95% of the speed your body could possibly go the whole time.
Everyone know this is a horrible place to work. There is not one person who loves this place. All positive reviews are fake. I warned you. There is a reason they pay so much and can not get enough workers.
Check in clerk arent able to read/comprehend english. Told the guy the info he needed was on the envelope top right corner, he points to bottom left and when i point out his error, he asks why i have an attitude. He spent the entire time checking the load in on the phone with a friend.
This is a horrible place to work. The employees are rude, slow, and obnoxious. Supervisors don't seem to know what they're doing and will not help when staff are in trouble. Some employees pick on others like they're in high school again. Grow up. It makes some not want to come to work at all because they feel bullied. It's a hostile work environment.
Just wasn't impressed when I entered the atmosphere I thought though as if it was mentally draining and their employees did not enjoy being there for some reason I came to really just review the place put an application to see how the place as the people a fair review of this place I personally Valley none employees really enjoyed the drop painter as I walked around I saw people sitting around this was slight a sadness to them like a sadness to their face it was really discouraged and fell again I personally wouldn't work if that's what you're looking for but maybe for the benefits but that would be the only reason F not you better off finding somewhere else that you will like so again just my honest opinion
Horrible place to work. The supervisors dont care about you. I was hurt on the job in the wharehouse and then got terminated from it. This place doesnt care about you one bit.
This place needs to be investigated for number of reasons. They don t treat anyone with respect, especially truck drivers. I really hope that your customers see this. Nobody deserves to be treated that way. All of these low star ratings can t be wrong.
If I could give no stars I would. 3hrs after appointment did they start unloading. I have another stop yet. Going to be late for that appointment. I may end up loosing a good paying load back to Texas.
INBOUND LOADS USE THE SOUTH GATE!! I've pulled Kroger loads out of here for a while and finally had an inbound load. Was finished and gone after 2 hours. People I deal with here are nice, yard has plenty of space. As grocery warehouses go it's definitely not the worst.
I m a current employee and was just wanting to see the reviews on here. As for myself I don t know where some of these reviews are coming from because I ve personally worked in a few places that make this place look like a dream job. If you willing to work for your money and willing to work in a warehouse your not going to find another employer in this area with the pay plus the bonuses not to mention the FREE HEALTH CARE, and the pension plan that is offered here. Like I said I ve worked in warehouses for over 29 years and warehouse work is back breaking but the compensation package alone here is worth over $2000 a month BEFORE BONUSES. Thanks
Get ready to wait for about 4 hours from beginning to finish. You park, check in and wait for a call to go to the dock. After docking, you go in and turn in your paper. They bring you a paper with the amount for your lumper fee and then you wait for receipt and them to bring your BOL when finished.
worst delivery service ever !!! ordered couch on December 6th and 20 days later still no couch and to talk to the office people well they dont seem to know anything!!!!!
Supervisors run each shift like an illegal sweatshop. They don't care who you are, how hard you work, or what even happens to you. Their only concern is making THEIR numbers for a bonus..which no employees ever share. They used to give 'snacks' on long days to help you...but they've stopped that, guess it was taking $$ outta their pockets. No concern at all for their employees. They just shuffle new people in constantly to replace the ones they deem 'unfit'. Money is decent, insurance is good, but the effort given to care for their employees totally lacks and sucks. They don't care about you!
