Winterwood Inc is a wonderful Company to rent from. They are friendly and responsive while being very professional. They have beautiful apartments that are affordable and very well maintained. My daughters and I have lived under them for years and it has been a great experience all around!

I've lived here for several years in Falcon Crest Louisville Ky. The first management team was great and the one we have now is also. The in between management were not so good. Speaking only on the first management manager not assistant. Current Management and Assistant are both good.
