Love Curtis brewers! Great tech support. Easy Parts ordering and fast shipping. Parts like valves and water level sensors work across all their equipment and one of my favorite features of their brewers is that it's easy to open the water tank for cleaning.
I am a remote beverage technician, we have machines all over the rocky mountains. If I need tech support, Curtis is by far the best in the industry.

If you want a quality commercial coffee machine thats going to brew great coffee and last I wouldn't recommend any other brand. I had a Curtis coffee maker at my office and we used it everyday. It brewed delicious coffee and never gave us any problems.
I like the product but not the customer service. I recently contacted the company about a broken lid on one of their airpots that we use at our coffee shop and I was told that everything had to go through the supply company that we got it through. I get the feeling they don't stand behind their product and were giving me the run around. In the future I will look for a different company to supply the equipment at our coffee shop.
Ex-employee for this company at shipping and receiving department people wait a long time because everyone is the boss in that department and are careless for customer and drivers ,and that s because the manager don t have the balls to run a place that don t have control of there employees...the owner of this company is just wasting stupid amount of money on employees that just sit behind a computer and don t do the work that they supposed to do.It only favoritism in that department yeah they been there for a long time but they seem they can t perform on their job ,and me been in there was a serious threat and could not perform on the job hahaha.....really I think that I was threat because I new more than them..oh and employee take more time off then going to work...just take a look Rafael .
I Bought brand new G4 Brewer for my new store .connected water and power to the brewer turn On ,No power ,
Called customer service spend 1 hr no solution ,Curtis want there tech spend 2 hrs was told maybe mother board Bad .told me he will call Curtis first thing I the morning and have them ship it overnight and comeback to to install ,
Next day customer service called told me board is bad and maybe transformer and I have to pay for everything ,Peter (customer service was 100% sure that it was our fault and machine was good there is no way it could be factory default or something else and will not ware tu and now I have to pay for the parts and install
Bad customer service will never buy Curtis product or recommend ,
This is the slowest place when picking up for delivery. The least ive ever waited was an hour and there was no bosy else picking up. Customer service is poor stay away if you value your time.
