Organization and professional service

I am so happy to be able to enjoy such a great organized event location close to me and to be accompanied by the well-trained staff and you can always feel at home even though you are so nervous because you feel uncertain as on the first day of school but safe fills like mom and his favorite star can be as close as never and nobody because you feel so safe and secure and so thankful I have always spent a lot on Christmas gifts and have done so much wrong, although I am always in the best Intention what thought to give
But I still do that for me now, not with material, but with TIME

Very old building and really ugly.
At the concert in summer it has a temperature of 40 degrees inside.
The acoustics are not really earth-shattering.
The only positive thing is that you quickly get in and out of the hall.
Also to mention is the underground garage which you get offered at a concert (ticket) at a discounted price.

There was a long queue before the concert, but everyone was quickly admitted.
You would queue earlier for unnecessary hours.

Event hall, which is getting on in years. But nich always unique in Vienna. Modernization would be appropriate

Concert 2Cellos - weak apparatus in the hall, fuzzy heights, bass chirped.

Oldschool enterieur but modern technology. More than enough toilets so even the long concerts are bearable. The whole setup is very convenient. Parking is possible super close. I'd come here any time for a concert.

Affordable parking. Underground parking when attending a performance 5.00 from 2 hours before the event until 2 a.m. Good indoor climate, comfortable seats, good visibility (Hall F). Generous entry and exit areas. No traffic jams.

A very nice location for larger events. Unfortunately, the organizer was not able to assign the cards and bookings properly. How is it possible that you can buy an individual upgrade without having bought a place card in the process.

Good venue, very good live concerts and other events

Visit the body worlds, in my opinion very interesting, about 1 hour

Visited the Body Worlds exhibition with the daughter. Great experience.

I saw Masters of Dirt there, a really great spectacle. We sat very high up, but you could still see very well, sometimes when the bikes were close to the ceiling we did not see them sooo good. All in all a great evening.

The Body Worlds exhibition was a very interesting experience for me. The town hall itself is getting a bit old. The toilets in particular left a lot to be desired.

Were there at a concert and have looked extra long on the homepage because of the chosen places. Before the concert started, and at the entrance in front of the grandstand, the tickets had to be exchanged because a place was closed. Although we have been one step ahead, we have gotten places much further away from the stage. Bought tickets two weeks before and received no information about the exchange. I did not think so.

One of the best arenas I've ever been to. Good parking, great refreshment options and good view from everywhere.

Concerts are always great. I was at the falco show. Gaaanz great! Highly recommended.

The Stadthalle, always an experience. Today I look at Rod Stewart. However, there are a few things that are in urgent need of change.
1). The folding seats on the ranks have only half a back-leaning area, so that one of the behind sitting with the shoes touched the back.
2). If the parquet is sold as a seat, then the folders are damned to make sure that everyone is seated. Friends of mine had seats there and did not see the singer for half the show, because there were masses of people in front of them and at the end of the show they let everyone go forward - I would pay as a payer for a floor space of 150, - + Request an entry fee refund.
3). When it's mentioned over loudspeakers that photography and filming is forbidden, then the folders can not just ignore it and look away; Every decent person feels shitty.

Public very well accessible, clear, adequate and clean toilets, nice staff at the entrance, well organized, prices at the buffet ok. Nice halls.

I was there for an education fair and it was pretty busy, but that's the way it is when a lot of people want to go there. It was actually quite ok. The prices for the drinks and food were a bit higher than normal in a shop, but it was a cool experience.

Super exhibition (body worlds). A little bit of heart. But everything is wonderful and very understandable and totally interesting. It's worth it. a bit expensive.

The Christmas program 2019 by Victor Gernot in Hall F is a very shallow, weak and bland story. Rather not funny and the songs played very unrythmically, they are called "self-interpretation". With each song a member of the band is introduced and the people clap while listening to the music. Presenting at the beginning is enough, the audience is not stupid. Isn't worth the money.

Great process. No waiting. Seating for tall people a bit uncomfortable.

The body world exhibition that I visited was great, being able to see real human organs so precisely was a bacon experience. But the exhibition is not for someone with a weak stomach, and unfortunately it was a bit short, which I understand fully.

Great event hall, big, spacious, clean.
Only the stalls for small snacks are a bit overpriced

Huge hall, despite a long line, it was very fast at the entrance. Too few toilets thereby longer waiting time. Great signs of ranks and seating.

I guess your experience here depends a lot on the event but all in all the venue has everything you need although everything is overpriced. Water costs 4-5 times as much as from a shop round the corner and of course they don't allow you to bring any food or drinks from outside the venue. The ventilation was pretty crappy the day we visited.
