Very old building and really ugly.
At the concert in summer it has a temperature of 40 degrees inside.
The acoustics are not really earth-shattering.
The only positive thing is that you quickly get in and out of the hall.
Also to mention is the underground garage which you get offered at a concert (ticket) at a discounted price.
