It is a good place to buy fast food or something pantry or super. If you need natural water to drink, do your research first if you can drink the tap water (another drink is the same as or cheaper than bottled water).

Really bad customer service. Unfriendly and rude staff, with bad manners and lot of sarcasm to the customers. I have a number of issues when the staff was bad with me. Sad to have that experience in shop like Waitrose
Good selection of food. However they repeatedly handle meat and fish with bare hands, while also touching cleaning agents, benches, and face. Whenever I mention it they are very apologetic about it but next time they do it all over again. They don t think that someone who gets sick a few days later ...
Worst layout in any Waitrose store I have been to in the UK. They seriously need to find a better location. Will not shop here as it's impossible to find a lot of stuff, they also have way fewer offer than normal Waitrose stores.

The cashers seemed uninterested/ depressed and inattentive. I was trying to find a decent salad dressing and ended up finding one that had dust all over.
I think its one of the worst waitrose branch in the area I ever encounter.
