cba is a one of the key players in the office automation business in Sri Lanka. It not only provides total office solutions but offers a superlative after sales and service for the wide range of products it sells.

CBA has very very BAD useless Technical Team, I approved the part replacement they said parts are not available need to order and after few complains parts replaced 2 weeks later, today also the same issue raised and Technical Head saying put a complain again. Now CBA is a USLESS COMPANY I asked for replaced the device or trade into new one still no answer.

CBA bookshop is very friendly place.where you can get most of the stationary items , and photocopy , bindings done

Can have large size printing, photocopy and stationeries

Worst customer service. They do not know how to treat customers.

I'm asking my requirements customer service asking for what you need? worst experience.

Very poor service and when I call all the time cheating the customers I hate
