Very good selection of glasses and sun glasses. Whatever look you are going for you will find it at Vision by Design. I have bought quite a few pairs of glasses at this store. The staff are great, especially Sarah M. She makes sure your glasses fit well and you are totally satisfied. Check this place out you won t be disappointed.

From start to finish they were amazing with my 2.5 year old daughter. They welcome with big smiles and are super friendly. They explain everything in full detail. This is our second visit and myself, my husband and kids Will do all our vision care now for as long as we can.

The lenses were very difficult to make but they did everything they could to provide the best service ever. Didn't give up on them and my glasses needed to be sent to Texas I think. Any how took longer than expected but it was worth the wait. I am so happy with my glasses. They did a real good job. Excellent customer services!!!Thank you

I have seen many Optometrist, and Dr. Keep is the most knowledgeable and professional. Dr. Keep and her staff have very good attitude towards their job. Every single time I want to ask them some questions, and they always explain it to me with much patience. In Dr. Keep"s optometry, there are many advanced equipment which can ensure it that you can get very accurate prescription. I have a very awesome experience in Dr. Keep's optometry so that I highly recommend Dr. Keep!

I went to buy new lenses for my glasses and while he was adjusting them he broke the nose piece off. I asked if they could fix them and they said no and that I would have to pay to fix them. So I paid $400 for glasses I can't even wear.

This place is great. The whole team makes you feel comfortable. They take care of our whole family and Dr. Keep is great with our kids (9 months and 3 years old).

This place isn't children/family friendly. Was there with my two children and wife to have a general exam. My 3 year old toddler accidently broke a holder for children's glasses and was told I needed to pay $50 for it even after we had paid $500+ for our exams. Staff were very rude and demanding the payment, did not have coloring books, crayons, toys etc to keep them occupied. I offered to repair the holder as it was a simple fix but told that wouldn't be the case nor would they let me keep what was broken. I would recommend going to McCormack Optometric Centre which is a short 5 minutes drive from here. Great service, professional staff, has toys, a dedicated area for kids to play, and a reef tank.

Great service - they go a step beyond. They fixed my glasses, purchased elsewhere, on my first visit to purchase safety eyewear. When I went to pick up my new glasses they fit me in right then and there for contact lens training and consultancy with the optometrist. Have dealt with 3 people on 2 visits and all were pleasant, informative, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile to make me happy.

Once again, service is exemplary. Each staff member goes above and beyond to meet your needs, be informative and accommodate any reasonable request. Repaired my third party glasses again, provided a thorough check-up, followed up on how I was managing with contact lenses and answered a variety of questions.and were very helpful and knowledgeable in the selection of new glasses.

Dr. Keep is very knowledgable. I learned that prescription alone is not
enough to have good eyesight. She examined the back of my eyes and is referring me to the retina specialist to see If I need any surgery to correct
any abnormality that is happening behind my eyes. Hopefully this can correct my vision.
The optician Abigail is also very good in many ways.
I would recommend Vision by Design to anyone who has other issues with their eyes.

I visited Vision By Design months ago, I have thought long and hard on this, I generally don't like giving reviews - so here it goes..... .... they gave me a very limited selection that I could pick from, I was not givin the opportunity to browse a large selection of glass frames.
The glasses I did purchase have a nose piece that I am severely allergic to. They offer no refunds.
I had to buy a new pair of glasses. Again they selected for me.

To date I am still struggling. I don't usually rate nothing, however we are talking about $1000.00 here.

Emma was fantastic, super helpful and explained all my options. Direct billed my insurance too!

Always a good experience. Staff is courteous, professional and efficient.

She always goes the extra mile to make sure you are happy and will help you pick out the correct style for your face shape and personality. I will definately be coming back.

I went in and spent $175 on an eye exam, they offered a contact fitting, which I found out when I got to the till was an extra $50. I had to request for my prescription instead of them offering it to me, then when I got home and go online to look at glasses, as my company discount is only good for online retailers. I find out that they didn't give me my full prescription, they left a portion out, so I called to get that last portion and was told they would only release that information if I purchased my glasses from them.

I was on my short rotation from working overseas and needed to get my eyes tested before I went back - I called and got an appointment - super fast ! As my eyes were being checked - everything that was being done was explained to me thoroughly - and also found out that my prescription was universal so I could fill it anywhere I want ! Excellent customer service overall :)

My appointment today at Vision by Design definitely went well. All the staff are ensuring that proper protocols are followed given our current situation with covid-19. The whole optometry team was very professional and pleasant to deal with. I would not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone needing to visit an optometrists office.

I have always had excellent service by Dr Keep and staff. She went above and beyond to source my visual concerns. I have approximately a two and half to three hour drive, and have no inclination to find an optometrist within a closer range despite the added costs of the drive which ends up taking the better part of day - that says something :)

I was so impressed today with Dr. Keep and Sarah! Dr. Keep was so thorough and clearly explain everything I needed to know. Sarah helped me to choose 3 different pairs of frames and was honest with how she thought they looked. I appreciated that a great deal!

I needed an emergency appointment as I had broken my glasses beyond repair and only had older glasses to get by with. They booked me right away for
an exam, followed by help picking new lenses and frames. Not once was I rushed or felt rushed!

First time visiting this place and it absolutely loved it. Dr. Keep provides a very through and comprehensive eye exam. Yasmeen was very helpful and made sure my glasses are properly fitted and comfortable. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. They even provide me with a free frame, so I could use my old lenses as back up. Highly recommend.

I just picked up my new glasses from Vision by Design yesterday and I am more then happy with their service and the quality of my glasses. They were very fast to get them in from when I had ordered them and I really appreciated the individual attention I received to help pick out a frame that suited my face.

I was also pleased with the price of my new glasses and found that the pricing at Vision by Design was fairly comparable to the big box glasses shops likes Costco and Walmart but the quality of the frames were far superior. I also liked the variety of frame options that they offered, one that I was not able to find at the big box glass shops.

Dr Keep is a fantastic Eye Doctor. I had my 15 month old son with me at my appointment and she was quite accommodating. I find her very professional and I truly trust her care when it comes to my eyes.

Overall I am extremely happy with my experience at Vision by Design and would recommend this Eye Doctor to anyone I know.

Have been going to this practice for 10+ years. Have always had great service. Recently order presciption safety glasses. Was told 2 weeks, it's now been almost a month, but there was some confusion/error from their supplier. They had the glasses hot-shotted from Calgary so I could get them before I go back to work, plus they took care of my eye examination for the year. I thought it was handled superbly. Would get a 5/5 rating from me for nothing more than the inconvenience of this hiccup. Great work!

Dr.Lu is very articulate and knowledgeable. Sarah is also very helpful and patient. She helped me choose the eyeglass that fits for my face. Ten stars for this location.

This optometrist is exceptionally good with children. Handling kids at all ages (our four span from 7 to 16) is tricky at they best of times. This professional definitely knows what she is doing.

I have gone to Vision by Design for several years for my annual check ups and vision concerns. The doctors and staff will always take the time to address any concerns or questions and I have never walked out of the office being less than 100 percent satisfied with their level of care.

Fantastic appointment today! My husband has been a patient at the Optometrists for years and today I had my first appointment. Staff, assistant, and doctor were all great and answered my questions. They had additional technology and cameras that my previous eye doctors did not have. I am happy to support this local business! Did a face plant and bent my glasses out of shape. I walked in off the street to Vision By Design in Callingwood and they carefully bent the nose piece back into place and straightened out the side arms on my glasses. Great support when I needed it. Thank you!

1st visit to this Optometry Clinic. Great experience eye exam was very thorough.

Took my child for his yearly check up. Disappointed at them being so far behind. He didn't get in till 30 minutes past his appointment time, without any kind of apology. We were previously told 10 to 20 minutes behind. Imagine my surprise when he is back in the waiting room in 6 minutes. Not very impressive service. Also they need more chairs as people had to stand as there were so many people waiting.

I really enjoy coming to this clinic. They are organized, quick, thorough and always make sure all of your concerns are addressed. Their glasses selection is a bit small but they are very understanding when you tell them you want to shop around.

This company gets it right. Their optometrists right down to the front desk staff are all on the same page. They clearly have a customer service mandate and all levels of staff adhere to it. They are organized, courteous, consistent and professional. A breath of fresh air.
They have done an excellent job helping me with my eyes and have now done the same for my other family members. Very happy.

This was my first time with Vision by Design. It was recommended to me and I needed new glasses. I was quite pleased with the whole visit. The young lady who greeted me at the door took great care with sanitizing and masking. I also was required to wear a mask which I so appreciated.The one who greeted me explained the pre-testing which was appreciated. Thank you. Doctor Krol was extremely efficient and thorough. I have never had a doctor show me pictures of my eyes. She did and explained everything. It was great! I have a difficult time choosing frames and such and the young lady who helped me with that was so efficient. She explained everything, was helpful with the frame choice and I appreciated that I did not have to chose from too many which is confusing for me. She explained the benefits of upgrading. Best Optometry office ever. Dr. Keep is very experienced and shows the scans they perform and explains what each portion of the image means in regard to your eye health. She took care as to sending me home with the right contact lenses after trying a couple different kinds. The other doctor and staff are all very friendly and enjoyed helping me find the right frames. Greta experience, until checking out. No prices were ever discussed by staff until they provided me the cost for a full exam, 2 pairs glasses w/o frame. The price was a bit steep. I don't mind paying, however the staff should provide options, which was never done.

Dr. Keep involved me in every aspect of my eye exam, was empathetic towards my concerns and gave me a lot of useful information going forward with my vision. Highly recommend!

Snowing like crazy and they ask me to take my shoes off. They have runners everywhere to protect their floors. Dont care if the customers get their feet wet. Floors more important. This isn't a bridal store. Buy a mop! Nice people but not sure I'd return.

I was a little hesitant to book my appointment as I was a client of the now retired Dr Garfunkel (whom I absolutely loved).

Dr Sarah Keep was very friendly and engaging. It had been awhile since I have been to an optometrist and the state of the art equipment was quite impressive.

It's a little pricey. However, the staff were incredible and I would rather my money go to an independent business instead of Walmart or Costco. Picking out glasses is time consuming and for me, a little overwhelming. The help with selection alone was worth it's weight in gold to me.

I bought my most recent pair of glasses at Vision By Design. I first met Sarah and Sylvia and they were welcoming,professional and extremely helpful. I then met Dr.Keep for a vision test and she was very pleasant, extremely knowledgeable and understanding. I purchased 2 pairs of glasses and I needed to come back for an adjustment and it was no problem at all. They corrected the problem very quickly. First time visit here with my 11 yr old. The Dr was very thorough and was able to diagnose a number of issues she was having and made some suggestions for the future. We all needed to wear masks and extra precautions were taken to make the visit as safe as possible as it was the first day they were open following the shut down due to covid. Would highly recommend!
