so I went to the desk on the wright and asked to give me the name of the member of stuff to file a complaint next day.
They refused to do it. Situation became absurd. I called for the superior or the manager who appeared immediately but refused to give me the name.
Brilliant. I asked for his name as well, but looked like he did not know it either. Then we went to the desk on the left(depends if you facing the
door or inside of the hotel), the young man who I suppose is called Vladimir said that I dont need to know the names of people in question,
just file a complaint and state the days which was morning of 18/01/2010.
I have four names scribbled on the piece of paper, and apparently they all are security guards.

and never thought that security guards are being hired straight from jails. probably this is as always in Russia - through connections, but not by the interviewing people for the job.

Five star luxury hotel located next to Kremlin and Red Square in Moscow

From the observation deck of this wonderful hotel offers a great view of the Manege Square and the walls of the Kremlin.

Along with Kempinsky, metropolis and several other hotels is included in the highest league of the hotel complex in Moscow. The building built more than 10 years ago on the site of Intourist was planned fundamentally and for centuries. Therefore, any experimental design delights you will not find there. All at the highest level. Separately, it is worth noting 02 restaurant on the roof is probably the most pompous place in Moscow. The lobby bar is good, but it doesn t have its zest, unlike Kempinsky s, where everything seems to be simpler. Rooms, service and so on are immaculate, but a bit lacking in emotions and warmth. Probably places of this level afford such luxury have neither the ability nor the right.

Great rooms and location. But elevators are extremely slow and no one ever answers at reception or concierge. I had to call from the room to the hotel land line after 34 minutes trying to call reception. And yes; they wanted to charge the calls.

Well, what can you say about a 5 star, just comment that you can visit the terrace on the 12th floor and have some formidable views of the Kremlin and Moscow in general.

Nobody showed us to our room upon arrival. Should that not be natural in a 5 star hotel? rooms are nice but service is terrible

Very classically decorated, it might feel a bit heavy if you're a minimalist.

Not up to Ritz's standards. We've been there on 03.01.2019 on SPA and after had late lunch at the lobby bar.
SPA was OK, however we didn't see personnel in the pool area, it didn't look tidy with water spills all over the place.
Food at lobby bar was not 5 star at all for the price they ask, shrimp salad was oversalted, salmon tartar with red caviar tasted like from supermarket, kamchatka crab salad was ok, chicken nuggets with mashed potatoes, well it's chicken nuggets with thinly spilled over the plate mashed potatoes :) With tea they didn't serve cookies, as one would usually expect in a decent place, once asked the waiter replied something like "you are going to eat lunch now, don't spoil your appetite". On oversalted salad the same waiter noticed that "it's panasian food, what did you expect?" A very surprising treatment from a 5 star world famous Ritz Carlton staff :)) The feeling was that we were sitting on a roadside cafe, not in an atmospheric bar at the heart of Moscow city. Disappointing.

It deserves the name it has. Luxury hotel. Downtown. Convenient to services. Beautiful rooms. Great. Always attentive and constant service. Full breakfasts. Many ancillary services. Obviously not modern. On the top floor, breathtaking view.

Five minutes walk from Red Square, the room decoration is very luxurious, the bathroom is dry and wet. The self-contained breakfast is quite optional, and the hotel lobby is limited by the lack of atmosphere in the city center. There is a small boutique supermarket in Auchan. The first floor lobby has a toilet in the left hand, the lobby statue is good, and the Feel.12-story roof garden restaurant has a nice view overlooking the Red Square.

I truly enjoyed my stay at the Ritz. Location is good, very nearby the Red Square and shopping districts and malls. The breakfast buffet is nice too. I went to the O2 lounge and had an enjoyable evening with amazing views.

If you have nowhere to put money and instead of helping money to needy children and not paying crazy babos, then you are here.

Excellent hotel in the center of Moscow. Near Red Square, Alexander Garden, Yermolova Theater and the Bolshoi Theater. The rooms are spacious and decorated in a classic style with an entrance hall, living room, bedroom with king size bed and bathroom with bathtub and separate shower. Guests have access to a swimming pool, jacuzzi and gym. Great breakfasts. Not all rooms have a beautiful view.

Needless to say... the best hotel in Moscow with no doubt!

Hello! Delicious food, decent cocktails. But clients cannot take pictures from the camera. This attitude is the last century. Today photography is a global trend and it is necessary to give the opportunity to photograph objects in Moscow to all visitors of the restaurant.

Rooftop bar with insane views and alcohol prices. Below it are several floors with fake marble and computerized carpets. Here you can drink a glass of Bloody Mary once and never to return.
