The people at Supremo make their Mexican Food Products and we create a Masterpiece. Always fresh and intense flavors. The recipes and how-to videos on their website helped us prep for Cinco De'Mayo party. Our Charred Poblano Chiles we stuffed with their Grilled Mexican pork sausage & Supremo Chihuahua Cheese. Then a shot or 2 of our favorite Milagro Tequila Silver ... Success!
When we left Chicago and went to Ixtapa-Zihuatanejo in Mexico we had many great meals and learned that we can create many of them as long as we made sure we had the best Ingredients.

Is it just me or is their cheese always spoiled? I ve bought so many moldy cheeses it s insane. I ve given it different chances by trying to buy at different locations but I always get a moldy batch. I love it so much but I give up.

Used to work at the other facility where the queso fresco and cotija is produced ,it's so hot in there and so humid you can't prevent droplets of sweat from falling into the batches of cheese. Essentially you're paying for a bit of human sweat.
