A terrible approach to the client, they ask for an advance payment, the delivery schedule is not flexible, despite the fact that from the store to the place of delivery less than 100m. It could be forgiven if it were not for the same terrible quality of the flowers. I ordered a bouquet at 9.30, came for it myself, at 9.30 he was lying on the floor and getting ready, he was all rumpled, just in a terrible state, that the strangest girl in the florist thought that it should be so. After my apparent dissatisfaction, another 15 minutes corrected his appearance. At a detailed examination, after delivery, the flowers were sluggish and clearly not fresh, many immediately showered. One flower was even in Gibbs, had never seen anything like it. I don t understand how this applies to the client and their work. I do not advise anyone!

I bought a bouquet of peonies and roses. Scenery somewhere at 4/5. But what struck me unpleasantly is the staleness of the flowers, at the price of UAH 50 per piece the next morning one flower has completely faded, and a day later all the peonies are asked to go to the dump, despite the fact that they are the same but have been out of the market for a week!

They do not care about clients. Customers can pay only cash and, maybe can make transactions in the Private bank. This is not convenient for people, who want to send money from another country.
