Universal - Hotel Aquamarin

Very nice place. The hotel is located directly on the sea. Unfortunately, this year no beach chairs and umbrellas were set up on the sandy beach. The hotel has but few to rent. The furniture in the tower rooms has come of age this could be replaced slowly.

A very pleasant hotel, food varied, clean and tidy. Waiter service is professional and prices in the bar are affordable. The reception staff are friendly and helpful.

Great location right by the sea in the small town of Sant Elm, but the rooms should urgently be renovated and both the cleaning of the rooms and the service should be improved. Free internet was advertised on the homeage of the hotel but is as good as nonexistent.

Great location on the beach and 1 min walk from town centre.. rooms very clean and most staff are very welcoming. Local hiking trails are superb and plentiful.

Lovely hotel in a good location. Super clean, the room is cleaned every day. New clean towels etc.
Evening buffet is quite delicious, breakfast is a bit monotonous (too many items at once and it is clearly about quantity rather than quality).
All in all, one is well satisfied and would recommend this hotel.
PS. Sant Elm is very quiet village so do not expect any nightlife or anything.

We were very nicely received by the Universal Hotel Aquamarin after the Parque Mare Hotel in Cala d`or had thrown us out due to the Thomas Cook bankruptcy!
That's how bad luck becomes luck!

The place and the hotel we had discovered a few days earlier by chance on a trip.

The location is fantastic and the rooms with sea views are stunning. Look at the pictures I made of the bed and the balcony.

The breakfast is very good, the staff very nice and always ready to help and support.

The beaches are right by the hotel and in our opinion the best of Mallorca.

The place Sant Elm is small quiet and not crowded. The pubs and bars are very good.

If we get another room we like to come back.

We came to Sant Elm to spend time with friends and weren't expecting too much from the hotel as we didn't spend long booking it. We were pleasantly surprised. The food, welcome and location of the hotel were excellent. We will be coming back

Hotel right on the beach, very good location, the staff is very attentive and friendly, the view on the terrace of the restaurant, with a view of the Dragonera nature reserve, is particularly beautiful, the food was varied and tasteful. All in all a well-kept and clean hotel, highly recommended .

The staff at the reception always had an open ear for our needs. A rental car could easily be ordered here and was brought directly to the hotel. The rooms are functional, were very clean and well maintained. The dishes served in the restaurant were very tasty, and there were no complaints about breakfast either. This hotel can be recommended without reservation.

The hotel is very nice in Sant Elm right on the sea. The room with side sea view and balcony was a good size and a bathroom with window. At most the furniture and tiles are getting old. But it was clean and that's the most important thing. The guest room was very neat. There were seats with sea view on the terrace and inside. The waiters were all friendly and accommodating. We did not like it so much that you had to pay extra for a lot, such as high-speed Internet or beach chairs with umbrella for 12 . The buffets in the morning and evening were rich and good quality. However, the supposedly clean dishes were usually not clean. The room was very noisy and smell of food rose.

The hotel is located by the sea with a beautiful view of both the sea and the mountains a variety of breakfasts with a lot of delicious fruit. Dinner is also varied with a very big plus in the form of served cakes and ice cream which is rare in this industry room from renovated and well-kept. I recommend this place for people who do not want to worry that the weather will not add them in the holidays because there is always beautiful weather

The restaurant terrace offers a breathtaking view. Fairly good food with limited variety. Courteous and detached staff. Comfortable and quite large rooms. The hotel is attached to two very beautiful beaches. Recommended to arrive by taxi with your own means, avoid public transport. There are no ATMs on site

Nice hotel ... Location..Service..Zimmer. A small village. Enjoy peace.

The best of Sant Elm. It does not have a pool, but there are some direct stairs to the beach. Having breakfast by the sea was the best. The reception service a bit slow, we took a lot in the checkins.

For a three star hotel absolutely okay, the newly renovated rooms were very clean, the buffet was rather mixed (very greasy food and next to the salad bar mainly meat dishes)

All in all, a really good place, which is very suitable for children's and family holidays. Very benevolent service staff and cleaning who do everything for the guests.

The beach is fantastic and in a class of its own.

Morning and dinner are above level in relation to the price.

The rooms are fine in terms of price.

But unfortunately I can't give 4 or 5 stars even though the foundation is for it, because the environment in the hotel is unfortunately marked by a large 'family' who is noise, swine, fight and shout and scream at each and every time of the day. One wakes up with a shock in the middle of the night, and is witnessing a family drama out in the hotel hallway ... and the hotel does nothing about it, they are allowed to create as they please, and they fill EVERYTHING too much.

And then there are the old waiters in the hotel, they are just so TIRED of their work, and they do NOT put a crap on how tired they are of the guests. On the other hand, the young people are bothering everything they can to offset the bad service ..

Just a great place to stay. The views are amazing. The hotel staff friendly, the food very good and it s apparent that pride is taken in the service provided. Sant Elm is lovely. We will be back.

Room outdated. Never had such bad food. If you are looking for a nursing home right on the water with bad food, this is the place for you. The service staff in the restaurant was incredibly rude. At least you have a great view.

I would have something to complain about. In the hotel you are rented. They are all rented, but they are not used by the guests who hired them. They are empty the whole day. Can not you just give the beach chairs, which are not used until 1pm? the hotel management a solution. would like to have a had

Quiet and beautifully located, manageable large hotel. Sant Elm is a quiet resort and so is this hotel. The service is excellent, the rooms clean and the food very good! Recommended especially for families, peace seekers and active vacationers.

The hotel was nice. Great location, right on the beach, everything important nearby. The food was good, the buffet was great and sometimes also spectacular (a whole pig was served or a smoked leg of beef filleted - nothing for vegetarians!)
What surprised us was that the rooms are not cleaned on MI & SO. We have never heard it like this in a hotel. Conclusion: Good hotel for families with small children, the beach is great, there were pedal boats and stand-up paddling ...

Room was fine, not a great view if you're looking inland but a large balcony, food was good - well worth doing half board option. Great beach right beside the hotel with amazing views of the bay and Dragonera. Very good price for what you get, some people complain that you have to pay more for things that other hotels provide for free (safe, wifi, sunlounger). However the upside is if you want to keep your costs low you can pick only the extras you need. We had a brilliant 10 days here. The staff were all really friendly and helpful.

Great time at this hotel! The room was very nice and I loved the air conditioning! Only downside was the door which connected to another room. It was locked and unaware that it connected to another room (thinking it was the bathroom), I accidentally woke the people next door when we arrived at 1am. Its a lovely place with great views of dragon and the turtle looking island. The cocktails are also very nice and the service was always very friendly! Saint Elm is a great spot for Mallorca!

Original, spacious room in the hotel tower, large balcony, bathroom with window. Friendly, efficient staff at the front desk, especially Sandy made for a good mood. The buffets were varied, plentiful and very delicate. The only drawback: the wide bed consisted of 2 single beds pushed together ....

Great location of the hotel right on the sea. No 5 stars but you did not pay for that. What you have paid, for which you get a lot. And the view at breakfast or dinner from the terrace is priceless.

Great staff, great location, incredible view ! Sadly the rooms are very poor quality, you can hear every noise from around and the beds are terrible, honestly this is too bad because if the hotel was refreshed it would definitely be an amazing place to stay ! We enjoyed our stay though. Spending a day on the chairs in front of then sea is magic !

The hotel is practically above the water, which I find embarrassing, as they have allowed, if you have good clear view, tucked into the sea you can expect, quiet and the rooms are not bad, but of course everything can be improved , the car and the wufi, because you can say, if you take into account that to get to this town you need a car, then look to pay, but it is that outside there are flags and no Spanish, my opinion is that there are other hotels and since this is not considered Spanish, then go to another.

Very good location directly on the sea with a small sandy beach. Friendly staff, very attentive. Rich breakfast and dinner. Room with balcony with fantastic direct sea view against sunset. Bathroom rather small for two persons.
We highly recommend this hotel. Excursions were perfectly organized and well guided. The transfer to and from the airport was very pleasant.

Small but fine hotel with a breathtaking view of the Mediterranean Sea with very friendly and competent staff and good food. In the evening some music was missing, from time to time was live music or a show. We like to come back.

Our experience after 3 years in a row: is increasingly evolving into a hotel for young people or families with children (noisy entertainment during dinner in the outdoor restaurant).

Best location. Very friendly staff. Clean and spacious rooms. Good price / performance ratio. Only small drawback. In contrast to the very good breakfast buffet, the quality of the dishes of the buffet in the evening is not always good. Nevertheless, gladly again.

Location is amazing, but just so. The hotel is just 3 stars, requires repair, breakfast is always identical. There are few programs to stay in, and for those who have a good rest and 10 beds in bed, the hotel will suit

Great hotel by the sea. Beautiful small beaches in a secluded and quiet place and especially few tourists!

We visited Aquamarin this May for one week. We took my mother and farther there to celebrate there 60th wedding anniversary. We had the most fantastic time, the location is beautiful and the staff where amazing. They made us feel very welcome and accommodated all our needs, as my parents mobility is not that good. Feli Rodrigues and her assistant went the extra mile and put on a beautiful table display and cake to help us celebrate my parents 60th wedding anniversary. Its a quite resort with many good restaurants. I can highly recommend this hotel.

The worst. ( Though the views and location are prime! )

Extra charges to use the in room safe. Extra charges to use the in room refrigerator. Extra charges for wifi. I left a nice tip (12 euros!!) for housekeeping expecting they would leave me at least one new shampoo envelope. Nothing. You get one envelope at check-in and thats it. Uncomfortable beds. No parking though there is a nearby dodgy dirt road near the public trash bins where I was directed. Spotty TV operation.

Everything else is just missing the mark enough to be noticeably disappointing.

We loved this hotel. The warmth of the workers is unique. It has everything you could ask for, sea and very good views. It is in a very quiet place.

EVENING ENTERTAINMENT DIFFERENT FROM GOOD (2-MAN BAND WITH BASSGEIGE) TO UNDERGROUND (SAMBA-BRASIL).
EVERYTHING REALLY RECOMMENDED FOR RELAXED VACATIONS WITHOUT BALLERMAN OR MAGALUF RUMMEL.

We are spent our honeymoon there and everything was perfect. The food and view was amazing.
