No company is perfect, and while is isn't an exception here, my experience with Tech so far has shown me that the people here legitimately care about their customers and their employees. That passion is a foundation that can be built upon to be a wonderful place to work, as well as a great experience as a customer. I'm very happy since I found Tech as a home.
Support was very poor. didn't respond for a week. I had to track them down. still no answer on when they are going to fix my phone system. They said they were sorry which is nice but it doesn't fix my phone problem.
