They have a great staff, who are knowledgeable and service oriented, which has made a huge difference in my life being the go-to gal to get things done around the office. Our survey firm uses United Reprographic to service wide format printers in our three offices, and they have been excellent. Service calls are attended to promptly, the techs always know what to do, and downtime has never been a problem. Tim is great, very responsive to billing questions and such. By far the best company that I have personally worked with in my 30+ years of office work. Our company has had all positive interactions with United Reprographic. We have purchased a copier and a plotter and engaged in their services to maintain and provide supplies for the 2 machines. They are very proactive - we received many calls from them to make sure that what they have sold to us is working well. When there has been an issue, it has typically been user error. All techs have been great to work with! We have also utilized their printing and delivery services and they always produce a great product too!
our company has been doing business with United Reprographics for as long as the records go back. Great company to work with and Tim is the best. If i ever need anything all i have to do is call which is rare, he is normally calling me first before i have had a chance to give him a call about an issue. Service is great too. over the years we have had many different machines and they all have been exactly what we needed to keep the operations going.
