A great company that values honesty & integrity!
Excellent Customer Service that so many other companies could learn from! By far the best company that I have personally worked with in my 30+ years of office work. Our company has had all positive interactions with United Reprographic. We have purchased a copier and a plotter and engaged in their services to maintain and provide supplies for the 2 machines. They are very proactive - we received many calls from them to make sure that what they have sold to us is working well. When there has been an issue, it has typically been user error. All techs have been great to work with! We have also utilized their printing and delivery services and they always produce a great product too!
