Our survey firm uses United Reprographic to service wide format printers in our three offices, and they have been excellent. Service calls are attended to promptly, the techs always know what to do, and downtime has never been a problem. Tim is great, very responsive to billing questions and such. I would recommend them to anyone needing this kind of service without hesitation.
