I first found this spa on Groupon a year ago, facing my face in my 40s seeking options to revive myself and confidence with a single mom budget. Dysport is what I decided to use to smooth lines with a natural look.
This place is fabulous! Very professional, respectful and will recommend based on what you want and need to feel and look beautiful.

Leslie is awesome! I went in wanting a fuller lip and the heavy wrinkle between my brow fixed. She gave me her advice after listening to my goals and wants. And then fulfilled everything with no pain.
The only bad part, is now I m hooked! I will definitely be going back to her.

Carol is very knowledgeable with injectables and does an excellent job. I like Kate a lot too, very professional. You will get top notch treatments here. It is a medical spa so they always use gloves on the facials. My personal preference is a skin to skin facial (the gloves feel a little too clinical for me), but even with the gloves, the facials are still very good.

My first time at U spa yesterday! I love it. The place is amazing, and the girl at the front desk is so friendly and nice.

Oh my god where do I start. I love this place! They listened to me and made me feel so comfortable. Amy gave me good information for the things I want to address. She gave me two options of what I could pay and both were such fair prices. It s never that you find such a well oriented company and morally right staff. Needless to say I will be back!

yesterday was my first time going. i got botox/dysport in my forehead/brows and a lip flip. i was extremely nervous but Mckinsy made me feel so relaxed. she listened to what i wanted. did not try to over sell/charge me. she walked me through and talked me through every step. it was not painful. i have zero bruising. and she assured me if i was not satisfied, i could come back for a follow-up to achieve the desired result. i haven't noticed change in my forehead/brows but she told me it takes two weeks for it to work. i have noticed change in my lip and i love it. i definitely will return and book with her!

Edit to original review: it will be a week tomorrow that i've gotten my lip flip and botox in my forehead/brow area. i've changed my stars to three stars. they were very kind so i'm still going to give them 3 stars. however, i loved my results the first day for my lip. it wasn't too dramatic but my top lip was definitely fuller. after almost a full 7 seven days my top lip is has almost doubled in size and i'm not sure if it's the swelling but i'm concerned it won't go down anymore. wasn't the results i expected. i had explained that i didn't need that many units of botox due to my lips already being semi full. currently, not satisfied with lips. my forehead is fine. still some forehead wrinkles by my hairline, it looks a little strange but other that it's fine. at this point, not sure if i would do this procedure again.

Liz is amazing and sweet. I've had a few different procedures at U Med Spa, but this was 1st time getting Dysport at U Med Spa. I expressed to Liz a couple of concerns, and she came up with the solution I needed for my particular features. Love this place!

New to the area....I saw good reviews and made an appointment. They called to cancel at the last minute.

I gave them another try and booked another appointment. I took the day off work only to find the doors locked, and no one answering the phone.

I honestly wonder if this is somebody's "hobby" business and they get their friends to write good reviews.

I enjoyed coming in and seeing Carol and her team. She quickly addressed my concerns and treated the areas I wanted. She knew I drove a good ways and lived out of town and so she wanted to make sure I got what I needed so I didn t have to come back or have any problem areas. She was so friendly and explained about their specials I could purchase online and use when I come and hugged me when I left! I felt she was genuine and wanted me to look and feel my best! :) I look forward to returning.

I will start by saying that Carol is fabulous. I have used two Groupons in the past three years without issue. Today I went with the same Groupon that I had always used and it expires in four days. I was informed that the fine print now reads NEW CLIENTS ONLY. The front desk knew I was a returning clients with a Groupon. Did they bother to call me and inform me BEFORE I drove across the county? Did they ask me when I made the appointment? Did they offer to reimburse at least their portion? I would have stayed as a customer if they would have handled it differently. Very disappointing. Beware

I absolutely LOVE this place .. If U check the BBB they have A(+) rating zero complaints across the board . I have been going here 3 years now and I can't tell u how much better my skin and looks have evolved since then . Not only do they provide excellent service they have client parties and give away services . I've won 3 facials and have loved them all ! I can't tell u how many compliments I get on how youthful I've started looking since becoming a regular client but I def have turned heads and broke necks hahaha ! LOVE U GUYS! Aaron

I've been coming here since 2013 and Carol is the absolute BEST for injectables (Botox, Juvederm, etc.) Her skill, expertise and artistic / aesthetic eye are unmatched. She doesn't go overboard and try to sell you extra syringes and the look is always natural- It's you, only improved. She also fixed a giant acne scar on my cheek for which I will be forever grateful for. It's your face, don't mess around- only go to the best!

I decided on this med spa from a picture of a woman that did a side by side from age 29/39. She looked incredible. I went to the spa and everyone was just so darling and nice! I booked with Carol and immediately fell in love with her spirit! She is an absolute doll! I got to see some of her work and I am super excited for my next visit. Her work is truly art and her clients look like they reverse in age! Its incredible! I got dysport first and I already look 100 times better! I cant wait to go back and get my next procedure!

I received my first ever round of Botox. The facility is very clean and the staff was super professional. I didn t know what to expect and was a little nervous but the injector (a nurse practitioner) was very thorough in explaining the process and how to take care of it after. They have follow up appointments. I m not sure if it s like that everywhere else, but I like that I m not just forgotten after my injections.

The staff is wonderful. They have awesome spa parties every 3 months; totally worth attending! They have phenomenal promotions/specials so use your email and sign up! My mom and I come here for spa procedures AND injections. Carol is the sweetest woman...she does all of the injections. And if you did buy a Groupon and you already used one OR you're an existing client, Groupon will refund you. I'm not sure why there was a negative post about that...easily fixed. Love this spa!!

Liz was an incredibly helpful and tender injector. She took the time to help me set my expectations and discuss plans. She was gentle and effective, very caring. I am very happy with my results.

Went there to get Botox , pathetic jog ! They charged me $15.00 per unit and did nothing for me . Paying total if $650 !!! it s was done with the owner , (CAROL ) I even asked her to open a new bottle of Botox and she said wasn t necessary since those it was just opened the day before . She got few drops out of each containers . Obvious they were all old ! I am sure they make their reviews , for having almost 5 starts , The worst Botox I ever got it !!! The results were awful even month after getting it . I will definitely never go back there again !

Front desk is extremely unaccomodating and extremely unprofessional. Only reason I made an appointment was because of a Groupon I was given as a gift. I do not recommend this place.... after speaking to managment, I scheduled another appointment. My second visit was wonderful. Everything was of the highest quality and the staff extremely professional and courteous. I honestly now believe someone was having a bad day at my first visit. It happens. I do recommend this spa. Everyone inside was wearing their masks properly. I arrived on time, also wearing a mask, they took my temperature per COVID-19 procedures, I had to initial a few forms, and within 5min, I was led back to a treatment room. The aesthetician suggested a course of action and had me approve the cost. She was very professional and quick. I wouldn't hesitate to see McKinsey again. After my appointment, she led me to the front desk to checkout and pay. I had a great experience and I'll be back.

My name is Gia, I had called to make and appointment, some woman came on the telephone named Chandler, what kind a name is Chandler for a woman?? I first said happy holidays but it sounded like it pained her to even say hello. This woman needs to work in another industry because she had a horrible attitude that does not belong in a spa or any other place! Please take you business some place else!! I will never return to U Med Spa and will take it next door to some other place.

I just moved here from Cali! I yelped, googled and came across this facility and took a chance.
I m was impressed, Leslie and team are great, very nice and sweet! Leslie gave me options but most of all, she listened to what I wanted , not what she thought to charge me ...$$$ I had my lips done plus Botox and I love how I look. Botox started to take affect in 4-5 days (as she said) and lips minimal bruising nothing diluted, the real thing! I m so glad I picked this place. I was nervous, I have been burned before with diluted products and that bill !? I will definitely be back for more!!
