Front desk is extremely unaccomodating and extremely unprofessional. Only reason I made an appointment was because of a Groupon I was given as a gift. I do not recommend this place.... after speaking to managment, I scheduled another appointment. My second visit was wonderful. Everything was of the highest quality and the staff extremely professional and courteous. I honestly now believe someone was having a bad day at my first visit. It happens. I do recommend this spa. Beautiful place!
