When I first made this I was about 11. Now I m 15 and decided to change my birth date to my real day. Non existent support and algorithm ruined the network. They should have kept the feed as it was, real-time user posts. Then had a separate column for promoted content. We get they need to make money but the thing people loved about twitter is being lost, i.e. an equal voice.

This type of behavior it's unacceptable. We as human being should never discriminate against someone because of their race their religious beliefs their gender or their politcal beliefs. as a stockholder I have tried several times to communicate with the CEO Jack and one of the largest stockholders Evans but have never been able to get through. Unfortunately in this matter government regulations are needed.

My account was blocked for no reason or reason, according to Twitter "it broke the rules" I try to get answers by all means available to the user and I do not have any kind of contact, only automated responses there is no personalized attention to the user, now I understand why many people switched to other social networks.

Customer service is deplorable. I made a reply stating a post was interesting and shared information about the past. With that one tweet, I was labeled harassment and blocked from my account unless I deleted it. They offered appeal, which would take three days. It's now been over a week. Still no account access and no answers from them.

Blocks accounts for having a grassroots stand point. Politely said democrates are the same as republicans there's zero difference and you'll get blocked claiming youre a bot or a russian spy by the DNC. Twitter HQ doesn't talk over the phone when I tried to reach them after I filed a report about everything about my account being compromised by hackers who blinded me while sending or receiving messages to people including voice actors on social media. Please help me. They need to have customer support over the phone, email, and text in order to fix our accounts that are hacked

My account was randomly locked for "security reasons" and I've been trying since Saturday to get my account running again. I filed reports saying the verification phone call would finish my confirmation code before I'd pick up and would not repeat! it then hung up on me! Twitter Support is the worst they keep sending me automated emails when I file a complaint.

I will take this down when you recognize how important you are to society. So much so that when emergency text go out through a city about 911 call centers being down and I am forced to check the internet (ie google) for what is going on in my city and find you guys prominently displayed for local area authorities, and check your site out to make sure everything is okay in my area, then within 30 seconds to a minute I get a pop up ad. Thanks for that... don t you feel like there are some accounts where advertising just isn t appropriate? And how is it not your responsibility to society to decide which ones these are? Fix this now! And use better judgement! Share holders should be ashamed! Maybe it s okay cause you didn t think about this, but now you really should have no excuse! America should sue you to get this done if you don t do it already! Also your algorithms for determining how your companies doing needs help if they aren t telling you what s wrong with your company already! This is the one of the worst App. I ever see, since yesterday that I have been waiting for OTP. I haven't received it. They just block me without doing anything. And I was redirect to the page that I will recieved OTP. But till now I never recieve anything. Too bad

Honestly sucks.
I ve had my account since I was 11 or 12 and my sister did help me with it but I went to go change my year of birth because I m 18 now it locked me out of my account. It has been locked for DAYS. My sister sent in ALL the forms that they requested then they email back saying there was an error and she has to resubmit the forms.
It would be great if Twitter actually had a help phone to call or an online assistant to talk too but nope.

Once a user is locked out of their account, the "reset password" function doesn't work. The user is kept in an infinite loop of clicking the "reset my password" link, then entering the user's email, phone number, or username. However none of these will allow the user to receive a link to reset the password.

Worst era of customer service is the one we re in. Dont expect results from anyone in the support staff tech or other. Something needs to replace them.

My comments are about the office space as opposed to the product itself : Love the food at the #birdfeeder, simple ingredients but delicious. Appears to be a comfortable place to work from with lots of natural light and calming colors.
