The reason I rate 1 stars is because we're supposed to receive our certificates within 48 hours, it's been over 48 days and still no attempt to contact us about it.

The course has been suspended and I have had no contact from anyone since...emails and phone numbers for course assessors, admin, accounts and matter of fact no one actually works. This is a fraudulent service. PLEASE AVOID

We've booked a couple of courses with these guys. Each time we have had great service. Tutors were knowledgable and their presentations interesting and well resourced. Our staff felt comfortable working with the tutors and the feedback from them was really positive.

Tutorcare were efficient and helpful and sent us a really great trainer. He was an experienced 'First Responder' and really gave us great training. He was also willing to tailor the coarse to our needs-we needed to cover paediatric first aid as well as adult.

seems like a lot of 1 star reviews for this company - all I can add is that they don't stop calling, emailing and harassing even though GDPR regulations state, that after unsubscribing, I should not be receiving marketing emails. Somehow this info does not get through.

Although trainer was very good, he was sub contracted. There doesn't appear to be any cross department communication and sorry to say the training experience was spoilt by the daily phone calls from TutorCare accounts department chasing payment, which was not late!

Appalling customer service. Trainer did not turn up to a training course and Tutorcare are not prepared to refund our full costs or even enter into a conversation about it. Company is just a money making machine in my opinion.
