We found this place and fell in love with the food, service and staff. We were in Florence for 8 days and ate there 4 times......they made us feel like family. Meg Scarlino is the greatest. The food and service was the best we had on our month long trip in Italy. If you are ever in Florence go there and you will feel like you were at home with your family.....they are the greatest. Be sure and make reservations!!!!

One of the best places I've been.
In all restaurant parameters: staff was great, the best music and the thing you always remember - the taste of the special food. About the price - 50-60 euro for couple is not even close to the food style and taste, and what you should pay. Been there twise

My husband and I are on our honeymoon and spent 2 days in Florence. This place was around the corner from our hotel and I wish we knew about it before our last night there. The service and food were great. The atmosphere was welcoming and kind, and there is a ton of graffiti everywhere around the place . Best of all, unlimited lemoncello or grappa at the end of the meal. The servers do shots with you if youu want and treat you like family. If you are in Florence this place is a must!

Antica trattoria da Tito is one of the best experiences you can have in Florence. We walked half an hour just to get there and damn it, I'd do it every day.

This trattoria is truly fantastic and has the nicest, funniest, best and most cheerful staff you have ever seen. Really, who cares about the food, they are great guys.

Still, the food is pretty damn good. The Florentine is spectacular, the raw also, the wine exceptional.

This trattoria is a marvel, an unmissable experience when visiting Florence.

Trust me, it's worth a whole trip.

A lot of friendliness and a slightly rhetorical and retro atmosphere of a Pratolinian style. Have you read "Il Quartiere" or "Lo Scialo"? Some excellent things, some dubious, some not, such as wild boar sauce for noodles passed off as stew at a high price.

Great atmosphere, young and lively.
Some of the dishes are excellent, some less.
Most delicious Garlic or Pickled Garlic with Dried Tomatoes, Tefa Roast Addition, Cooked Broccoli, Carpaccio. The artichoke salad was excellent, the milk veal steak on excellent coals.
Opening dishes go down on the bruschetta and also a sweet feta liver. The house wine is a huge bottle. Whip Montello with the account. Gnocchi with less pumpkin. Polenta bread with mushrooms and meat is really less.

Can't fault the food -- it was certainly delicious -- but the atmosphere was almost factory-like. Another reviewer mentioned the same thing: orders were taken quickly (that's good), then plates whisked away almost before you were finished and there was a palpable feeling that our time was limited. I suspect that the rave reviews from some notable guides such as Rick Steves have made this place really popular, and that's fine. But there was an atmosphere of formality, of "eat your food as fast as possible because we want to get you outta here and make room for more people" that was pretty disappointing.

What a great recommendation from Mina the owner of our bed and breakfast. The treatment by Fabio attentive and pleasant. He understands Spanish very well. We went to dinner for two days, both very good food. The delicious pasta, at its point, with a lot of flavor. The steak with modena to suck your fingers. Good recommendation and very nice and pleasant. Price not bad to be Florence. Very good vibes in the place

What about the number one in Florence. Typical Florentine cuisine pleasantly anti-ameritalian food in the historic center. Milk and cappuccino banished with the Florentine (finally a serious restaurant from this point of view) unless you pay thousands of euros . Joking aside, excellent quality meat and courteous and very helpful staff. Nice writing on customers' walls. Well done.

The most touristy tourist trap, paints itself anti tourist. Staff is extremely rude especially by European standards, and I spoke Italian. The waiter was just having a bad day and took it out on us. The food was really boring and way overpriced. Rick Steve's should have known better putting this in his book

It's open at 7pm, but it's lined up at 6:50. I didn't make a reservation, but the foreigners behind us didn't make a reservation, but they asked me if I could eat. But those people who came later than us went in and ate, but only 6 of the team who stood in line saying they weren't for us came out of the store. I was on time for the opening and there was no one inside but it was a bit embarrassing because I was rejected. Please make a reservation to go here

The sliced sirloin (and all other beef) is only cooked rare here and they stick to their guns on that rule. I can t blame them because it was delicious. I m typically a medium rare guy so this wasn t that big of a stretch for me. However, it did prevent my well-done-preferring girlfriend from sneaking a bite or two. She was more than satisfied ordering the pesto pasta that I tried and loved as well!

Fantastic sirloin and pasta is a great combo on its own, but add in an awesome tiramisu and you ve got me hooked.

Top it off with some complimentary limoncello shots and we re fans for life! The waitstaff looked like they were having fun too! Bravissimo!

Absolutely recommended for those looking for genuine food but not disdaining the conviviality of being at table! I find myself in this restaurant thanks to a tip from a friend, and the choice was no longer appropriate! Excellent cutting board of the house, pappardelle with wild boar in a workmanlike manner and soft beef ribs ... bitters offered by the very nice and hospitable staff! See you soon!

Several months have passed, but I still remember the lunch in here. The thing that struck me most was the staff. In a moment they made me feel at home, and not in that way in which we try to trap the customer, but just as if we already knew each other as friends.
The place is very characteristic. The food really very good as well as the prices. Florentine hospitality to the stars.
I remember the various rounds of homemade limoncello completely offered by the house. I highly recommend it!
