I just want to share my experience with this location.
I just want thank Abdul for being very helpful and patient with me during my purchase of the new camry se. Abdul was great. Also, management were very friendly and able to assist a first time buyer and student.

If you are buying a car, please do your homework first because you will save money and time.

I had an excellent experience and couldn t be happier and I first arrived interested in one car and ended up driving off the lot with another! Shannon was an immediate help from the start, helping track down that initial car and setting up for a test drive fairly quickly, and honest about the condition of the car when he got it. When I decided against that one, he assisted me with looking at other options and suggested I test drive another. I left the lot then without a new car, but second test drive paved the way for the one I would end up purchasing that evening. I had looked online again shortly after leaving and found it, and because it was slightly newer with less mileage, it was now a strong possibility. A return to the lot and a third test drive later, it was mine. Even when Shannon stepped away, I felt accommodated by the staff as the ensured I was being helped. Thank you, guys, for a great buying experience. And thank you, Shannon, for all your help!

I recently purchased a Nissan Rogue a month ago and wanted to say that I was well pleased with the services of the Toyota Direct team and especially to Tom Miller! With his many years in the business he was able to share his knowledge and honesty in helping me select the right vehicle that fit my needs. He's personable and attentive and I highly recommend his service to anyone looking to purchase a car and need a seasoned salesmen that treats you like family and not just another sale. Thanks Tom!

Quick, easy, transparent, friendly and honest experience. I shopped around at several Toyota dealerships in the area, and Toyota Direct gave me the best price and provided great customer service. It doesn't hurt that they have delicious popcorn and good coffee either. If you want to deal with an exceptional salesman, ask for Fadi.

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. Honestly the worst and most frustrating car buying experience i've ever had. I placed a deposit on a car, and was told that the car was coming. I called in the days prior to when the car was supposed to come to make sure all was good and could not reach the salesperson (Candy) or the sales manager (Phil). I called multiple times per day and texted my salesperson multiple times a day. would not get any response at all. When I finally did reach Candy, she informed me that the car was not available anymore and that they were searching for another one for me, even though I had already had money down on it. I then decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and wait a couple of days to see if they could get me another vehicle as I need one asap, and once again, no matter how many times I called to inquire about the vehicle nobody would reach back to me. Finally after multiple days, I reached the sales manager (Phil) who told me that there was no actual car in the first place and they took my money without actually having anything to give me. Completely unprofessional service and Ive never had such a terrible buying experience. Both Phil and Candy could not be reached at all and completely lied about the whole situation. Quick to take my money but didn't ever actually have anything to offer. if they were straight forward with me from the beginning I would have understood, but they were just stringing me along until they could have something to show for me knowing I needed my car by a deadline that they agreed too.

I worked with Melvin Austin. He was extremely helpful throughout the entire process of purchasing my "new to me" car.
Here is the part where Melvin went Above and Beyond. The car I purchased only had one set of keys. I asked about the secondary set, he said they did not receive the second set from the previous owner. I purchased the car in April. Fast forward to August.... I get a call from Melvin. He had stayed in contact with the previous owner and was able to get the second set of keys from them. I received a call that he had the second set of keys in his office. I came up to pick them up within a day or two.
Saved me an additional 158.00 dollars to get a replacement key programmed from the dealership.

Melvin, thank you for all your hard work and effort, MONTHS after I purchased the car. I really appreciate the effort and dedication that you have shown.

Go see Melvin if you're looking at a used car. He will take care of you, even months later when he did not have to assist.

Very poor customer service. They are always over-crowded and make you wait 30 - 60 minutes just to answer a question. So instead they tell me they will call me to schedule an appointment but they never do. I had to return to the dealer three times to to get keys and manual on the leased vehicle which they should have had in the first place. Then they made me wait an hour in their service department just to pick up a second set of keys. The lease agreement was inadequate for my needs, Toyota Financial Service said no problem they can change it but Toyota Direct Refused! This was my third vehicle from them too I guess this is how they treat repeat costumers. Needless to say I will never do business with them again.

Unfortunately I did not end up buying a car from Toyota Direct, and not because I didn't try.

I tried to buy a used car, and after two visits, and a test drive, made an offer. It wasn't accepted, but later by phone, I came to an agreement to buy the car. I later received a text that another person was coming in to look at the car and it was first come first served, so I should get there early. I left work early to buy the car, but while in transit was told that someone else was looking at the car. The dealership would not accept a payment even by credit card over the phone so I could buy the vehicle. After I arrived the other couple was looking at the car that I was going to buy and I was told they were now first in line.

To make a long story short, the other people ended up buying the car.

If you are looking for a used car, keep in mind that the dealership will only let you buy the car if you are physically there, and does not care if you are coming long distances and even agreed upon a price. The buying process is totally skewed toward the dealership, and that is their policy. It is strange in this day and age that you can come to agreement on something, but they will still keep their interests in mind over yours. I feel that my presence at the dealership while I waited for the other couple to buy the car actually was in the dealership's interests because the other rep used that to his favor. I still haven't figured out if I was played or not, but I wasted quite a bit of time at this dealership.

The policy of this dealership is that each sales rep basically competes with the other, so until you are physically sitting down signing paperwork, another sales rep can sell the same vehicle out from under you. God forbid if you are driving a long distance to buy a car you already agreed upon. I can only imagine what their customer service is after purchase if that is how they treat you before you buy.

Went to Toyota Direct after visiting 3 other reputable outfits.

My sales rep was Shannon Spicy Malone, who was a very easy going guy with a low-pressure sales pitch. Absolute straight shooter.

There were no gimmicks or here s some other cars you might like maneuver. I would definitely return for my next purchase.

David in financing was also great. He did not try to push anything but simply laid out my options and got me the absolute best finance rate, 2% lower than any other dealership had offered.

I felt at ease making the purchase with Shannon, David and the entire Toyota team, and we had a lot of laughs in the process. Can t recommend highly enough.

I went to test drive a ford Flex Sept.9. Pierre was very friendly. The car looked great on the outside. I asked Pierre would he drive the car from coast to coast tomorrow. He said, Yes ! My mechanic asked why was there water on the outside of the car. Pierre said, he had just had the car washed. When the passenger door was open the inside was flooded with water. There was a leak coming from under the hood. Pierre said he would have the issue fixed, but my mechanic worried about rust and other issues the leak could have possibly caused.

Consistently outstanding service. Wouldn't take my car anywhere else. They explain the service to be done. They come back and discuss what they have found and what was repaired. Their prices are very competitive. Their service managers are extremely courteous and knowledgeable. I have been a customer for six years and I have not had a negative experience.

12/24/18-addendum they continue to do outstanding service. A new feature: They send a video of my car inspection and repair to my phone when it is completed. They showed me all of their points of inspection. It was pretty amazing to get a video and walk through my car with the technician. There is service is always excellent. Doesn t get better than this.

Recently we bought our 2015 Toyota Highlander from +Toyota Direct OHIO . I have to say that the experience was excellent! From the moment I contacted them, they were very professional and extremely friendly. Our salesperson, Matt Carroll (no relation to me but it is funny that he has the same last name!) was great. He answered my questions promptly and listened to my needs. Matt and his management had to locate the exact vehicle I was looking for and found one quickly in Cincinnati (we had some very specific requirements). The negotiation was low key and there was no pressure and they did what they could to accommodate my needs at a price point that was fair. The icing on the cake was the sign that Matt placed on the front of the car after it was detailed and we saw the car for the first time. It read "This Car Specially Prepared for The Carroll Family! Thanks, Matt Carroll". Overall an excellent experience! I highly recommend +Toyota Direct OHIO and would purchase a vehicle from them again!

I would definitely recommend Toyota Direct to anybody that is in need of a automobile or in need of service for their vehicle. They have excellent service and have very friendly and helpful people that are there to assist you. The facility is very clean and they have a very comfortable area for you to sit and wait while your car is being serviced.

They don't service used cars. Checked oil and it's burnt and low, cabin filter and air filter were black, has a burnt smell after driving that I haven't found the cause of yet, rear tire leaks air. Called used sales manager and got well we changed the oil so you can bring it back but not sure what we can do for you. I just spent $20,000 on a car and now I have to spend more to fix it?! I'll never go back there again!

Bottom line: was lied to, treated poorly, and didn't appreciate sleazy salesman

Requested information before they closed, was contacted immediately by a sales person (quick response was the only positive thing in this whole encounter). The sales person proceeded with his sales pitch to try and get us down there tomorrow and the sale pitch about financing and trade-in will determine the overall initial price of the car. When I informed him we are not trading in a vehicle or using his financing and wanted his best price (now after closing), he wanted to speak to his manager and call us back.

17 minutes later he calls us back from his car to tell us (rudely mind you) that the car had been sold, which he had already told us he had it prior in his initial call and in a confirmation of availability email we received prior to his call. Based on how he acted, his attitude, how the whole thing went down, AND the car still being listed on the site, I highly doubt that the vehicle has been sold and that he simply wanted to go home. I was not willing to drive 3+00 round trip to go up there if he was not willing to discuss pricing. EXTREMELY disappointed in the salesmanship and customer service. I have bought many vehicles from Toyota and am encouraging my family to purchase in the near future from Toyota, this encounter has left me rethinking that.

My wife has owned her Toyota Highlander since 2005. It was time for a new car and her wish list was short, but specific... a 2020 Toyota RAV4 XLE AWD White with gray interior and heated front seats.
After several months of online searching, we found the car at Toyota Direct in Columbus; however, it didn't have heated seats. Our sales associate, James "JD" Dallas, had us drive up (from Cincinnati) to verify our trade in and test drive the car he had on his lot. He assured us he found the same car with heated seats at another dealer and could have it brought to Columbus in a few days.
Well, the car arrived yesterday... just 2 days after our first visit. We drove my wife's old car up today and within an hour we completed the purchase, got a walk-through of the new car and were on our way home in the exact car my wife wanted at a very fair price.
JD, Isaac in finance and all of the staff with whom we had any contact were all friendly, professional and courteous. JD was a pleasure to work with and we would highly recommend him and Toyota Direct to anyone looking for a new Toyota!

So excellent costumer service but my issue is with Toyota in general. I purchased a van in 2014 and with the van we received a brand new battery. They decided that because they gave us the battery to seal our deal and (in her words was given to us in good faith) and we didn't actually purchase the battery separately that the 84 month warranty is actually null and we didn't have a warranty so I had to purchase a battery without any discount from already having a sure start battery.

This place is the best dealership I have ever worked with. Bill Huff was my salesman and he was great. He was very low pressure, answered my questions and was able to get the deal I wanted. Chris was my finance guy and he was great as well. I ended up being there a while after closing time but nobody complained. Bill ensured that my new vehicle was clean and detailed. They also have a huge inventory to choose from. I highly recommend the dealer and Bill Huff!!

Staff customer service is pretty good. On the other hand, I've been coming here for all of my servicing, and the customer waiting room is seriously going downhill. The Wifi is bad, the trash cans don't open, the countertop is unkempt, and the self checkout can't scan a Starbucks bottle. I ended up getting a complimentary hot coffee, but two out of the three coffee dispensers were empty at 3pm, whereas the service department is open until 5pm. The complimentary bagels were all gone as well. Some of this wouldn't be that much of a problem if they didn't regularly underestimate service time (and I'm scheduled ahead of time). It's pretty common for the service department to give an ETA of an hour and then go over by 45 minutes. So yeah, buying the car originally was a breeze, but subsequent visits can be a downer sometimes. I do appreciate the free car wash with my service, though. Oh wait, they didn't do that last time, either (even though it was mentioned).

I've been in the market for a vehicle since totaling my Camry last year. I wanted a new Camry. I called Toyota Direct and they gave me the current specials. Nasir Bary invited me to come in and test drive a vehicle. Once I confirmed that I loved the vehicle he assured me that he would take care of me and he did just that. I told him what I wanted and the price range I was looking for and he and management ran several analysis to arrive at what I was comfortable with. The process was very quick. Considering the pandemic, the Toyota team came together, had my documents and my specialty vehicle ready for me within a couple of days. It was a very easy and positive buying experience. I LOVE my car and would recommend Nasir Bary and Toyota Direct to anyone in the market for a vehicle. You wont be disappointed!

Buyer beware, don't trust Schneider as a salesman. I asked him directly if there is any upcoming maintenance on the 07 Honda Odyssey I purchased (140k miles). I have yet to drive the vehicle 900 miles and I have had to replace the timing belt, battery, recharge the AC, replace a leaking power steering hose, and now my brakes are squeaking. I have no problem purchasing a used car that needs maintenance, but give it to me straight so I can add over a $1,200 to the price. To make my decision.

This wasn't a situation where I've driven for a year and things are popping up. These are easily diagnosed problems I was unaware of when I drove off the lot. Either this dealer doesn't inspect the vehicle they sell you (negligent) or the salesmen will mislead you to believing nothing came up during the inspection (dishonest).

FYI I called Schneider before posting this. His response was essentially "too bad, we have no way of knowing." First, this is different than what he communicated while he was trying to sell to me. Second, the mechanic I that looked at the vehicle after I purchased it was able to determine the timing belt hadn't been changed and the brakes were less than 30% within a morning. Schneider is a nice guy and seems trustworthy, but you may get screwed by his incompetence or deceit like I did.

UPDATE: Just learned that the AC had a bad relay that caused the compressor to kick off. AC never worked, didn't know until April when the weather got warmer. Another $250 I've dumped into the vehicle.

By far the most un-proffesional dealership i have delt with. My younger sister sought out toyota direct to purchase her first vehicle as a used car. the saleman she dealt with presented her with a used chevy sonic claimed it had been serviced and thoroughly insepected, the cars engine makes a chattering whining noise when running, she asked the salesman about the noise he ensured her there was no problems with the vehicle, she bought the car reached out to me as i am a mechanic and i briefly looked it over told her what i thought the problem might be and also advised that she take it back and have them inspect it and repair as she had just bought it from them. At first they we're not open to inspecting and repairing it at there cost because the vehicle was sold as is no warranty. After having a firm conversation with the sales manager "andrew baker" they agreed to inspect it and possibly fix it... after they inspected the car the service dept stated that the tensioner was bad causing all the noise. They replaced it and then contacted my sister stating that the vehicle was still making noise and now the alternator pulley is bad... "mis-diagnosed" quoted her for parts and labor to replace it 550$ and stated they were not going to pay for the repairs. Ive tried reaching out to the sales manager again to get some answers as to why they find it reasonable to charge the customer "my sister" for these repairs when the vehicle was put on the line for sale with these pre-existing conditions after toyota directs "service dept" inspected and serviced this vehicle. We picked up the vehicle yesterday 2-4-2020 and i was told by the sales manager i would recieve a phone call back today as to what the plan of action is to address this problem and still have not herd from them. Ive called and have gotten no response from anybody. Take your business elsewhere people because these folks have no integrity and do not have you in there best interest. Completely dissatisfied.

Relatively good to deal with. Reggie was great. I wasn't too impressed with the back and forth on price negotiations on my trade in (sales manager, give your staff more trust in what they're doing - you took a great conditioned car, told me that it was worth almost $1,000 less than book value and then promptly put it back out for sale at well over $3k over what you gave me for it which is what I said would happen) but overall I got a great deal. Reggie went out of his way to do what was best for the customer, despite him having to haggle with the sales manager on my behalf.

I've bought many cars over the years and I've never been told "I can't give you my best price unless I know you're gonna buy from me". This is what I was told by the salesman after he led us all over their property looking for a truck that apparently wasn't even there. This dealership may be the largest in 4 states and do big volume numbers but they were very disorganized, impersonal and not customer centric in the least. Additionally, to advertise as having 27 Tundras on the lot and then only having 5 is also ridiculously deceptive.

We drove 25 miles north to Byers in Delaware and were actually treated appropriately. Yes, we're making our purchase where we received excellent customer service and weren't treated like herded cattle.

(Well a car under my name) Thank you so much Greg for being patient and making sure I was satisfied with my purchase! Much appreciated.

No waiting around for more than you need too. They get what you need done in a timely manner. Best part is the waiting room. Very comfortable, makes waiting even 30mins bearable. Coffee & popcorn have always been available and they just added bagels! (All complimentary).
Also some of the guys who work here are not bad looking so that helps.

The price chance 3 time and at any point i saw professionalism at pricing level. change the price 3 time and i didn't have guaranty that it will property work almost 600 for a key

Well i didn't feel comfortable with the way i been pricing and decide not to buy the part and service
He say you need to wait after 2 house finally he show up with a metal copy that it doesn't work in my car, and charge 91+
And he say we give you free charge on diagnosed the car
I respectfully pay the bill and leave the pace

2: 30 mins seat and get a useless 3 dollars thing that i never ask for
