I have been on the books with tower for a while now, I have always been provided with continuous employment. Always paid correctly and on time. The team were always courteous and helpful towards me. Best agency I have worked for.

Very rude staff. Sent me for an interview at the wrong time and then tried to lay the blame on me. When I decided to give them a second chance they claimed I had failed to attend a second interview so didn't want to know. Thing is, I never arranged a second interview. Awful experience all round....
