He is a pleasure to work with and has been responsible for letting various properties over the past years. Matthew is enthusiastic, diligent, efficient and more over very personable. In general a pleasure to deal with.
I have dealt with Jerome at TK on multiple occasions and he is head and shoulders above the rest. He is a very professional & experienced individual and always provides an excellent service. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a Lettings agent in the area.

I have always wanted to work with TK International and came close a few times with the wonderful Danny in sales who introduced me to Matthew Bookatz in lettings. I have to say Mat is the most delightful and helpful lettings agent I have worked with his team of Jerome and Charlotte are a delight to work with and really straightforward and charming, Mat went the extra yard for me secured a great rental and nothing was too much for him. Mat is a credit to the company and personally I would hire him in a heartbeat if I was in the business. Thanks Mat great job....John Sachs
Jerome was enormously helpful and extremely pleasant, ensuring that the whole process of renting out my property went as smoothly and efficiently as possible. I have used TK for a number of years. They rented our house, and also took care of all of it's maintenance. A few years ago, their service saw a bit of a slump, and we almost switched. I am glad I did not.
In the last year, I have certainly noticed a significant pick up in service levels. As in any business, it's all about the people and their attitude. I must say the current team is doing a super job. Proactive, service oriented, looking for solutions at every opportunity,.
And most importantly, I really feel that they are managing our property like if it was theirs. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
