I just joined 3Q a year ago and i love it, they are the best.

I been working for three Q for a while I can honestly say that the team are professional, thoughtful, reliable, friendly and trustworthy . There are amazing to work with .

I'm only new to Three Q but it has been amazing so far, I couldn't recommend them enough to work for and to use their services.

I have recently finished my internship in 3Q, and it was definitely a very good experience to get to know the local market and familiarize myself with HR systems in an Irish environment.
What was great was the very well organized training at the beginning and then it is up to you to grow with them and participate in different projects.
If you show interest, and you perform accordingly, they will appreciate that and give you feedback and eventually consider you to be part in projects that will enhance your CV and make you learn much more than you expected. This was my case and was great to do be involved with different kind of activities and working with different members of the team, so I feel that always was room to develop yourself in this place.
I really appreciate the opportunity 3Q gave to me, all the disposition and help everyone gave to me and I really wish all the best to each member of the 3Q team!.

I have been a temp with Three Q for the last three years and have loved every minute of this experience. As a company they are extremely easy to work with and make temping so easy and enjoyable. I have been working with 3Q since February 2019 has a Catering Officer, grade 2. After, talking to Suzanne about a temporary vacancy in the Midlands area. After considering my options I moved from a full time post to a temporary role with 3Q.
I would have not taken the opportunity because of lack of confidence has you get older, but after discussing my concerns about being in a long term position and making the move. Have had the bad luck to come across Bernadette and her icey tongue in the past while applying for staff, and have to say if she worked for myself or my company she would be sent on a customer services course or phone manner course. The most ill mannered, outrageously rude idiot I have ever come across. Never again will I trust my company in their hands.

As a catering company I have used 3Q over the past year.... I had never used a temp company before ..... what an amazing team.... whether it was a Private Party or a Corporate Event their Chefs we both Professional in appearance and how they conducted themselves in the kitchens and also greeting each client with a genuine friendly smile which is very important in the hospitality sector.... Sharon, Damien, Mary & Tony come to mind not to meantion Tina the Catering assistant..... what a flyer she would do the work of 2. As agencies go their staff take ownership of their duties which is a rarity these days.
I couldn t recommend them enough... and it s great to be able to extend my staff with such a reliable team of people. The staff at the end of the phone are so helpful even at the last minute they will do anything for you.
