Have had the bad luck to come across Bernadette and her icey tongue in the past while applying for staff, and have to say if she worked for myself or my company she would be sent on a customer services course or phone manner course. The most ill mannered, outrageously rude idiot I have ever come across. Never again will I trust my company in their hands.
