I have been working with 3Q since February 2019 has a Catering Officer, grade 2. After, talking to Suzanne about a temporary vacancy in the Midlands area. After considering my options I moved from a full time post to a temporary role with 3Q.
I would have not taken the opportunity because of lack of confidence has you get older, but after discussing my concerns about being in a long term position and making the move. Suzanne was positive, reassuring and organised everything from Curriculum Vitae to interview. Suzanne also gave good practical steps before my interview.
Working with 3Q the consultants I dealt with in 3Q Suzanne and Costina are very dedicated to settling me into working with an agency and answered any questions I may have had during this period.
This is not my only interaction with 3Q because they placed me in St Vincent s University hospital has a Catering Supervisor over 13 years ago.
I have also interacted with the consultants in 3 Q- Suzanne and Charlotte when St Vincent s University Hospital use agency staff and I have a good working relationship with 3Q consultants.
I have always found the consultants in 3Q to be pleasant and friendly to deal with and professional in their approach. I have always admired the very high regard they have for the staff they place by promoting their skills and abilities.
Lastly, a big thank you to Suzanne for going beyond my expectations and contacting me for an interview preparation session when they found out I was applying for a Catering Officer, Grade 1 post at MRH- Mullingar. Cora spent valuable time looking at my application form and giving me insights to make my preparation for the interview better and more focused. These insights focused me on what the interviewer would be expecting.
