The Hip Tee

Very DECEPTIONED with the online service, I feel SCAMED. I made a purchase in November of a sweater and when I arrived it did not coincide with the one on the web. I requested a refund, they told me that they sent me a messenger and I was waiting for 2 days for it to arrive. After calling Hipp Tee several times, where they never get the TLF, I decided to call the courier company and they confirmed the service (with the expenses that a 902 carries). Time expenditure since I had to be at home 2 days in a row and money.
The worst of all is now, I was going for Christmas and nobody answered my emails. They write to me that there has been an error with the courier and that I have to take the package to one of the collection points. I traveled half of Madrid because until the third place they did not take me.
My package was delivered on The hip tee a December 19 because I have the follow-up, and today I HAVE DONE NO RETURN !!!!
He was assiduous to this brand, obviously never again. EYE WITH THEM, AT LEAST ONLINE!
