He was timely, knowledgeable, informative and straightforward. Kevin did a very thorough inspection and this brought us great comfort. We would highly recommend his services. We met with our inspector Rob and he was very easy to talk with and personable. He explained everything he would be checking , where we would start and that if we had any questions during the process to go ahead and ask. Our inspector pointed out any issues the house had and why they were an issue. Rob did a great and thorough job!
We have been using BrickKicker for a number of years. Rob is our favorite inspector and has done residential and commercial inspections for us. Not only is the price affordable, but the value for the money is what really makes using him a no-brainer. Rob is a wealth of information and has been a huge help on every property he's inspected for us. I never have considered using anybody else. Their reports are detailed and extensive and I highly recommend them to anybody.
This company made the entire process feel easy. Had Mike come out, who was polite and very detailed. He made me feel comfortable and safe about buying a older home. I would 10/10 use this company again!

Very impressed with Brick Kickers. After a minor hiccup in the scheduling process they were able to take quick action and make sure to accommodate my inspection. The inspector Mike, was very knowledgable and made sure to include me in any significant issues he saw so I knew exactly what to expect on the report. Highly recommend.
We've had inspector Will inspect two homes that we've had contracts on. Will was very thorough and walked us through all of his findings on the first house. Unfortunately for the seller Will found many expensive issues. We walked away from that house. A few days ago we had another inspection on a different home. Will found issues with this home as well, but nothing like the first. We're moving forward with the purchase. I appreciate all that he's done for us. Great guy!
Kevin is great! Very friendly and professional. Answered all of my questions. Arrived prior to appointment time, gave details and visuals of high concern areas. Received the the full inspection report the same evening. The report is very detailed, outlining the good and bad.

Excellent service! Gives you an independent understanding of things that can be wrong with a house before the closing. Items can be corrected by the builder/seller which saves the buyer money and headaches. It holds the seller/builder accountable. The report that Brickkickers professionals provide is more thorough and credible than what a buyer may point out.
