We've had inspector Will inspect two homes that we've had contracts on. Will was very thorough and walked us through all of his findings on the first house. Unfortunately for the seller Will found many expensive issues. We walked away from that house. A few days ago we had another inspection on a different home. Will found issues with this home as well, but nothing like the first. We're moving forward with the purchase. I appreciate all that he's done for us. Great guy!
