I called a week ago to ask for information and if I was interested to make an appointment.
They told me that the salesperson would call me in 24 hours.
A week ago, we had to call 3 more times, and the answer is the same; leave the notice to the commercial and he will contact us.
Yesterday I received an email (still waiting for the call) from the salesperson telling me that to make the appointment before I had to send her my information, ID included.
I replied that I just wanted a call for information and if they were interested in making the appointment.
Well, he answered all the mail in capital letters, nor good morning and tuteando me.
I responded politely that I saw it unnecessary to give my surnames and ID to see a storage room.
Well, he hasn't even responded to the email and evidently they still don't call me.
That the only thing I have been asking for for 7 days is a phone call to give me information.
Very little to say nothing of professionals.

Several reminders by mail to visit a property a week ago and ... we are still waiting. It's over we go back to France.

We signed a house with them about 6 months ago and we still don't know anything ... We made the reservation but no one tells us what is happening. Of course, had he known this, he would not have gone through this. I would never recommend it.

I indicated a property 4 months ago, after submitting all the paperwork 2 times because they were confused when making the contract, we have been 2 months without knowing anything about the house, they do not answer the emails, or the phone, a shame ... you already have to have very very clear and that you like very much what you contract with them because they totally pass on the client. Shameful.

Very rarely do they answer the phone and when they do it is a "we'll call you" thing that never happens, I have insisted many times interested in a property and there has been no way.
I do not recommend the services of this company at all

When you have a real estate deal with banks, it is the risk you run. The problem is that the poor business people have to face it. The real estate market, already in itself, is very punished. And you can only trust very few. Imagine that you add the usurers of the banks, who do not care about everything, and the pain that has that property that has been taken from a family.
Let's think a little, about everyone.
