She was incredibly patient with us being very picky and always went the extra mile for us, including into some remote locations off the beaten path! Very friendly and caring with our kiddos as well even though they were a bit of a disaster at times! We would highly recommend Alissa and the team at Swell, it was a wonderful experience. SWELL Property is a unique, one-of-a-kind real estate experience. Sure, they offer real estate listings that appear in multiple places, but it's the attention to detail, the exceptional customer service, and the friendly, knowledgeable team that makes the difference. Their website is hip (although it wasn't fully functioning the other day when I was doing a search), but again, it's the knowledge of the area that makes for a great experience. Lastly, the people are what make the magic. Ask for Eric or David and know they ll treat you well, because their knowledge & experience are top notch!

My husband and I worked with Alissa McQuestion who was nothing short of amazing,driven and patient. Looking for our first home to buy and unsure in what exact areas we could afford was no easy task. The conduct of this company was so unprofessional I actually checked their licenses. They checked out, but I would still warn against doing business with Swell Property. They wasted an incredible amount of my time and would not respond to simple questions about the property without me giving my application with the fee, my social security number, and all. My friend had a similar experience. I don't understand why they'd behave this way because I was willing and able to make the deal.
