We're long-time Encinitas residents and have used now used Swell Property to sell a house, buy house, and to find & rent us a house when we were in-between. I've recommended Swell to a number of my friends, so thought it appropriate to leave a review here as well. Swell has an extremely strong knowledge of the local market and the ability to expertly guide you through whatever situation you might encounter.
I've been really impressed with everyone on the team that I've interacted with; our agent team (Tim and Allison Shepstone) the owner (Erik), and our Property Manager (David).
