I believe these 1 star reviews to be FAKE, or from people who have no idea how to use a computer. I have tested a number of VPN services and so far I've had the best results with SurfEasy.

It works, has endpoints in several different countries and connects relatively fast. I've had no problems with it and I think I get good value for my 5 dollars per month.
